I always order through Uber Eats at work or at home. Did has been good every time and not too many people know how to cook perfect white rice, but they do every single time.

The food is consistently good. I have been coming here for over 20 years. If you are looking for a restaurant that serves good Haitian food, I highly recommend M&S Tropical.

Bad customer service and very rude staff. Y’all are going to lose a lot of loyal customers acting like this. If I’m paying for service, nobody should make me feel attacked over my own money. I wasn’t asking for anything extra. In a business, customers should be treated with respect. I was so disappointed I even left my food there and walked out. Y’all really need to do better

Geraldine got me right!!! Thank you so much love. I use to eat at pearl of the island in tamarac but they couldnt follow request such as tape my Uber eats closed. I called this place and they delivered and taped it with no problem. God bless this place!

The service is just terrible. They are shortstaffed. They need more help in the front food is sitting in the window soon. Food is sitting on the counter and you walk in and you just wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait.

Today is Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon. The girl behind the counter is extremely slow working she’s half asleep. She doesn’t know how to run the counter. She’s taking people who just walked in and I’m sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting and ignoring me. what a horrible place this is disgraceful.

1st time I had black rice it was amazing, so of course I went back, 2nd time it was disappointing, I must have gotten the bottom of the left over rice, it was hard and dry, and the chicken wasn’t good either, so I called and left apparently the owner Jay a message! A honest one at that!!! since he was the one that told me they have different cooks, and my 2nd time around I guess that cook was not as good as the other one! And I honestly believe they don’t want me as a costumer bcus when I go or call on Friday ( bcus that is the day they have black rice) come 4pm they have run out!!!! So I guess I will have someone call for me to order and see how true is it that they run out of the black rice so early!
