Let me say, I have eaten at Marco's in other States... it was decent. I live 2.8 miles from this location, they can't deliver... out of their area! So... I used Grubhub for the first time so I could try it.

It took an hour, and when they delivered it, I did not get one of the three items I ordered. I texted the Grubhub driver numerous times before he replied that I needed to call the Store.

Here we go... I told the individual I had not received part of my order, he proceeds to ask how far away I am, and he would remake it and I could come pick it up! I said there was no way that is happening... I already paid for delivery. After 5-10 minutes of getting no where, as he was the 'Manager' I needed to contact Grubhub for a refund. He has no way to do that! Again, seems like a poor system if that is really the case. So after an hour and a half, and cold 2/3 of my food. I decided I will never use this place ever again! Absolutely, zero customer service... I would rather spend my money anywhere else. Choose wisely... it's definitely a risk here!

I tried order just now the large pizza pepperoni magnifico it is online 12.99 and I girl.who I just talked to a girl at this location nd she sais it does not offer it anymore but it shows only. And she even wouldn't take my order over the phone, again even though it selling on the website for this location.

I like this Marcos - and order on BOGO Tuesdays every 3/4 weeks. For the second time I have ordered I received a salad that had turned - brown and wilted. This time I returned to the store the next morning and requested a refund. The employee was nice and texted her manager. She stated she did not have the register authorization to process the refund. No worries - she took a photo of my order conformation and my phone number with a promise the manager would process as soon as she came in later that day (Wednesday). Fast forward a week later the $10 credit has not posted to my credit card. I return to the store and ask for a manager and I get 2. I explain in detail and was told they can't issue a return since I didn't t come in the same day or the next day. I reiterate that YES I did and the reply is the millennial shrug. I was offered only ONE option of 50% off my next order.

It's not the 10$ credit but the fact that I had been served a spoiled salad, had to return the next day that again a week later for a refund. It should not have been this difficult and i'm not sure I will ever return to use that 50% off coupon. Oh and BTW Pizza Hut has a BOGO offer today as well.

UPDATE - I appreciate the follow up from the owner of this Marcos. She listened to my experience, and followed up. Thanks for resolving my issue.

Marcos Pizza in Oakland Florida is fire. The flavor hits every single time and the crust sauce and toppings are always on point. The service is solid, friendly, and consistent. This is my go to pizza spot when I want that real flavor that actually satisfies every time.

Had to edit my review Dominic hope i spelled his name right deserves a raise that boy there was WORKING attentive to all customers, making orders, placing orders, passing the orders out AND taking out curbside. Im a manager myself & wish all employees were like this lol. Keep up the good work guys plus it was my first time coming!!!!

Title: Beyond Unacceptable – Worst Experience with Marco’s Pizza

I ordered a simple pizza over 30 minutes before closing, and they still told the delivery driver they were “closed.” Not out of ingredients. Not overwhelmed. Just lazy and careless. The store was open, yet they refused to make the food I paid for. This isn’t just poor service—it’s flat-out disrespect for customers.

If this is how Marco’s Pizza treats paying customers, they don’t deserve a single dollar of business. Do yourself a favor and order from literally anywhere else. At least other places have enough pride to honor orders placed before closing time.

Decided to try something new after my kids kept pressuring me to take them here after seeing the ads on social media. The manager here was absolutely the worse! The only person here with customer service was the guy Dominic. This location does false advertising. They did not honor what was posted. After asking for a manager I was told that the name could not be provided and there was no corporate information as well. I left my number and was called and told that no they could not honor what THEY posted on Facebook bc the owner would not allow it. Back to Papa John's I go.
