It's McDonald's. Stopped in for breakfast while my car was being serviced. It was not crowded. Egg McMuffin was as expected. Coffee was fresh. This place felt like it needs a refresh. I haven't been to a McDonald's for years. I doubt I'll be back soon

I had to give this restaurant five stars mainly because of the customer service. Sadly I donât know the lady name that assisted me but I was in the drive thru at 3 oâclock in the morning on Thursday September 25th and I had a really bad cough and the lady at the window heard me coughing and gave me a complimentary iced tea which I am very grateful for as I was really sick and had nothing to drink but a soda which was making my cough worse. Thank you to the lady in the drive thru. I wish I knew your name.

I came in today to order a quick cheeseburger. The worker who took my order had a cell phone in one hand.
While I was waiting for my order, I saw that same worker texting and scrolling on her phone and then I saw another face appear on the screen. She was having a video chat in front of the customers!!!!
This is unacceptable and disrespectful to the customers. Do better.

I came here with a tight budget and the manager Shon (I think thatâs how you spell her name) was soooo helpful. She explained the family deal options and even threw in an extra fries as a courtesy. Also, my daughter is a picky eater and this was the first time her McDonaldâs order was made correctly the first time. I thank her for her time, attention and exceptional customer service. The store was also very clean and despite it being busy, the orders were moving quickly and made fresh. I would definitely recommend this store.
Oddly both me and my wife find this to be the best McDonaldâs weâve been to.
Fast service and everything is fresh.

Prices are so high.. .I go to this McDonald's more often now since the McDonald's in Pompano on the west side of federal hwy. Has had no a/c for multiple weeks. They keep saying they are going to fix. This McDonald's south on fed. Around ft.laud has a huge amount of seating and has space for a big gathering is a large back section most dont have. Do they still do birthday parties though because many McDonald's has a look of UNfriendly communist decor inside and out some transitioned to. The friendly Ronald McDonald feel for children and all ages is GONE !!!

You always have to check the order, I bought two 6-piece happy meal chicken nuggets and when I got home I discovered that both were 4 pieces and they charged me for 6 pieces, that's not being honest, and even worse, one of the happy meal nuggets was already a while ago, the manager or supervisor should be more attentive to his staff so that things like this don't happen, if I had realized before getting home I would have told them to their faces about the bad service they have.

This was my childhood McDonaldâs it use to be good. Now itâs not so good, they also never have ice cream. Corporate or someone needs to check this because itâs just false advertising. Mostly after getting my braces tighten I just want something cold and could never get it.
