I usually get my Diet coke up in Lake Worth where I live, but I ran late for work in Oakland Park so I would think I would pick one up here. Let me tell you... the Diet Coke is the WORST I HAVE EVER DRANK IN MY LIFE! It was like drinking flat battery acid. The taste literally made me gag, and I spit it out. This location has ALWAYS had bad Diet Coke (at least 10 years, hence why I get it up by me), but THIS INSTANCE TOOK THE CAKE! If you know the deal, McDonald's has a specific recipe for their coke. This location must make their own because it is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Hey McDonald's, I hope you read this because you HAVE TO DO BETTER! Thank you

We are here for vacation and stopped in this McDonalds for a quick, late lunch. This McDoalds has a very nostalgic feel and look to it, which we prefer over the new locations that have a very dull and boring appearance. The service was very friendly, food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Honestly, McDonald's, by large, is a complete disaster nowadays, but this location is the best we've been to in many years.

lady in the front very very rude, they treat customers like dogs,.. what the hell happend to managers and owners hiring good people who could speak english , and has good hospitality, all that is gone,..people freaking hire anyone,..also this mcds full of homeless people , dirtying the bathrooms, they hang out all day there harrasing people, they need clean this place up,..horrible,...

I purchased 3 meal deals, and besides my pure hate for paper straws (idk WHY you guys would think I want paper in my mouth) and the time it took for the person to respond to the speaker I thought that would be my only pet peeves. My fruit punch drink tastes like PURE! Dirt/mold mop water - I had to hurry up and stop my kids from drinking theirs, theirs didn’t taste as bad so I’m not sure if it’s the ice or the fountain drink line. I would say check the line first due to ALL drinks not tasting like dirt mold. I called the location and no one would pick up, so nothing was compensated. I WILL NOT be returning because this isn’t an isolated incident. I can’t risk getting sick or a hospital bill because of lazy workers and lose management. You guys are CLEARLY! cutting corners on sanitation and ethics.
Note: get more toys it’s annoying that no matter what we choose on the option and pay for you guys give us what you want! My kids have been getting the same damn Pokémon cards all year since they started no matter what location: my daughter especially would like a girl toy.

Very slow drive thru. I think it’s more design problem than employee. The window where you order should be moved back further so they have more time to prep. The window where you order is right on top of where you get your food.

Believe what you read here, choose a different location! The food is old and management is disrespectful, Cecilia and Ms.V, were the managers on duty. I stopped here this morning to only get to work, the hash brown was over cooked and the egg McMuffin was made poorly. I called to make a complaint about the food only to be hung up on by Cecilia instead of her asking how she could fix my issue she literally fussed with me as if we were in a feuding match and then disconnects the call. I called back only to get a manager by the name of Ms. V and she was no better. Word of advice if you don’t have satisfied customers your business will not flourish. McDonald’s please invest in better employees. I refuse to ever go back to this location even if it is convenient. I would rather drive to the location on Federal Highway, that one is much cleaner anyways. I’m not spending my money anywhere it’s not appreciated. I told Ms. V, is it, that I would be making a complaint to the corporate office and she said, go right ahead. After, refusing to give me the store number. Ms. V, just so you know I will be making that complaint first thing this morning. For you to be a manager, you acted very disrespectful, lead by example and your employees will follow. Stay clear of this location, I wish I could leave no stars, they don’t even deserve the one star given.
