Are they really 24hrs though? I was there 08/24/25 @3am and was told they stopped taking orders after waiting in line for over 15 mins

This is likely the worst run McDonald’s in America. At one point and nine year-old child was manning the drive-through window. He was a he was an employee’s son, being given instructions on what to say to customers. The property is continually covered with litter. The place is so understaffed that it often takes 30 minutes or more for patrons to get their food in the drive-through. Tonight, they turned off the exterior sign at dusk to reduce findability. (See photo.) The employees appear to be barely literate, and lacking basic management and communication skills. strangely, in the evening there appear to be at least three employees, occasionally checking to see how long the line at the drive-through is. When you pick up your food, they’re having raucous laughter, and conversations, possibly a party. Even though this place is terribly managed, the food is absolutely delicious, and perfectly prepared.

recently visited a McDonald's and had a frustrating experience with the manager. While waiting to place my order, a manager who was assisting another customer. I had a question for her, but when I tried to get her attention, she looked at me, slowly walked away, and did not return. No one else came to assist me, so I eventually left without placing an order. This was a very rude and unprofessional interaction.11:00 am August 24 whoever works that shift

Extremely slow service! Placed a mobile order an hour ahead and yet the wait exceeded 30 minutes. Employees barely bother to help at the counter either. Employees couldn’t be less pleasant if they tried.

Very slow, I was in the drive through for 25 minutes, and there was only 2 cars in front of me, when I pulled up to the window, they gave me a small coffee instead of large, then I had to wait for them to remake my coffee, and it took them more than 5 minutes, this is crazy, my launch time is almost ended, and I didn’t even had chance to eat, horrible service, 0 stars!

I don’t understand why all the workers have attitude. Be mad at yourself not me if anything we the consumer are making your life better by giving you a job to do so don’t be rude to the customer.

The place sucks they are so disorganized. You order a happy meal? They give it to you in a brown bag. No kids toy. What are you paying for also? They have like a 10-year-old boy. Working the drive through window. I thought child labor was illegal in the states.

During a mystery shop drive-through cashier stated he did not have change for $100 bill on a $13 order. My boss wanted me to confirm by phone call as I did and the woman who answered the phone stated they have changed but not in the drive-through if I wanted to come in I could order when I asked her to confirm that they sent a customer away because he didn’t have change she hung up on me mystery shop completed

Well Burger King down the street is always never open even though it's 24 hours I can always rely on good old McDonald's to have my back and feed me after work late night so therefore thank you McDonald's for always being there My tummy is hungry
