Worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The manager should be fired. 5 tables were full of trash and leftovers from past customers. People waiting for 15 minutes or more to get incorrect orders. The strawberry banana shake I ordered mixed with what tasted like a coffee shake. This tells me they didn't bother to clean the blender in who knows however long. The floor was filthy. I even saved the receipt to report them. I saw 3-4 lazy scared workers because customers came in to complain. If I could give them a zero I would

If you are going for a pick up, don’t waste your time ringing the bell out front. It doesn’t work. When you go inside be prepared to possibly be overlooked and expected to wait while the rep is not acknowledging you or the fact that your order is sitting in the bag right behind them.

Went in to order breakfast at 630 and no one ever took my order, three other cars left as well. It is rare that you can be served in a timely manner. Disappointed.

Ordered via the drive-through. Received the wrong food only to discover it 1/2 a mile onto I95! Sweet tea tasted rotten. French fries were cold & 1 order had a long hair in it! My son tossed his entire meal & I tossed my cold fries & rotten sweet tea! We stopped at the next I95 exit and ordered the same thing from a different McDonald's & it was perfect. I Reccomend skipping this exit & going to the next.

Ordered on mobile app to pick up in drive thru because it was raining. Pulled up the the drive thru speaker and no one spoke. It was me and another gentleman at the other speaker neither of us got our order taken. Went inside to pick the food up from inside so I ended up getting wet from the rain. Also waited 20 mins just for my food to be missing 2 items. First time at this McDonald's in awhile definitely the last.
