From the seasonings to the garnishing, I have never known a health food restaurant that is as meticulously health conscious as this one. Secondly, their food is amazing. You can taste the Jamaican and Indian in everything that they make. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is on a serious alkaline health journey. It's a small business, so please know that they serve hot foods on Fridays and I think on Saturdays, and pre-prepped foods on Wednesdays and Thursdays....

I met the founders in 2020 in the beginning of their enterprise. I ordered my seamoss from them and was amazed at the high quality. I've ordered from other places and nothing comes close to their commitment to fresh and organic herbs and supplements. I recently visited their flagship store and my goodness! Have you ever been to a "health food store" and found it smelly and more akin to a flea market with random assorted goods? Well New Legacy Vegans is nothing...
