We discovered Nour Thai in 2023 and had multiple positive experiences, with wonderful service and high quality food. After which, I would consistently recommend the restaurant to friends and family, many of whom had fantastic experiences. Unfortunately, over the years, it seems the quality of their service and cuisine has taken a nosedive, while their prices have remained high. During my last experience, we ordered the money bags appetizer -- which itself is very pricey for an appetizer with small portions -- and received four money bags that were *all* frozen in the middle. Our server was not very attentive and it took us far too long to be able to flag him down and tell him about it. This left everyone in our party feeling dejected. Honestly guys, you're selling a small portion *pre-frozen* appetizer for $16 that tastes like you bought it at Trader Joe's. Lastly, the quality of their khao soi (or Chiang Mai on their menu) is no longer what it once was, with greatly diminished portions of fresh vegetables and noodles, and a much more bland broth. While I respect the owners' mission of serving authentic Isan-inspired cuisine, I'm very sad to say I cannot recommend Nour Thai in its current state. I sincerely hope they bounce back.

terrible service. took 10+ minutes to have menus brought to us, an addition 10-15 mins to get a drink and food order in and an additional hour+ to get any food. at no time did anyone apologize for the wait, come to take an additional drink order or check on us (for over an hour). would not recommend or go back.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and we were blown away! We are still thinking about the food and how delicious it all was. The service was attentive, Andrew did an amazing job and they also made sure we had water and were taken care of. The food was beautiful and delicious. Wow! This place is so delicious. North part of Thailand family brings food from their village to South Florida. How lucky to find a restaurant that cares about authenticity and quality of their food. This truly is like no other Thai food restaurant I have ever been to in South Florida. The owners are so nice and friendly. The staff is welcoming and it is easy to park. We ordered the money bags and fresh spring rolls for appetizers and then went for their version of pad Thai and pad seew. Delicious from start to finish. We were full so no room for dessert but we will be back! Also, they recommended reservations for dinner and calling is best vs using open table. I cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for having us. Also, Breydon did a great job! Thank you⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the start Braden was an amazing waiter and host! Talking with the owners even made it a special touch. NO SEED oils is why we came because we love to eat healthy and many Thai places maybe ALL use unhealthy oils. This place is HEALTHY and wow was it good! We will be back!
