Disappointing, taste was 5/10. Literally every counter was sticky in the store.

For the price I expect better

horrendous service. i arrived at 10 am, and its too 20 minutes to get a croissant sandwich. they forgot, didn’t apologize, and said literally nothing when they gave it to me. i was the only customer in the store, and three people came in and walked out while i was waiting because they were taking so long i. the back to make one sandwich.

the doughnuts were honestly better looking than tasting. i just tried parlor doughnuts a few days ago, it’s a brand new store and the service and doughnuts were 1000% better.

the store also seems dirty, uninviting, and not well kept.

this review probably won’t matter because this location probably won’t be in business long with how deplorable the customer service is.

Amazing spot everything about it was so cute and the food is great. The owner is super friendly. It’s a little more expensive than most donut shops but well worth the money.

So ridiculous and unreliable. Do not pre-order cause they do not honor nor use their pre-order system. This restaurant is known for their vegan donuts for selling out pretty fast. The day before, I called to find out what flavors they have available so I can place a pre-order. I drove over an hour to pick up my paid order. Fifteen minutes before my pick up time, the order was canceled and refunded. When I tried calling twice, the male worker hung up on me twice.

The whole purpose of doing a pre-order was because I was driving from out of county. Why even have a pre-order system if you do not use it and just don't care about paid orders. When I called the day before, I had no issues communicating with the male worker, even though he had a thick accent. He knew that I was placing a pre-order and plainly did not care.

A bit bready, average donut. Fun atmosphere and kind staff.

First, you have to wait 4 hours after they open for Vegan donuts on a Sunday. Second why oh why is one donut $5.00?? And I wanted to buy 6 and I can’t event get a deal. So it’s $30.00 for 6 donuts is insane. Yea gotta do better with the pricing. I’ve been to other spots “this is just closer to me” and that spot is charging only $3.50 for a specialty donut. Please check the pricing.

The work looked incomplete. They will not work with you to try to fix their work to presented better. They don’t speak any English so when you try to help them, they don’t get they get frustrated because you don’t speak their language.

Been several times. Everything tastes several days old and stale. Each time we have been, we leave wondering how they are still in business selling old, stale food. They don’t care, either. Customer service is very lacking and odd. Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll just throw everything out, it’s that bad.

We went first thing in the morning and almost all of the items on the menu were unavailable. Terrible service.

No no no. Price gouging in Miami. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Charged me $24 for 1 med latte and 4 ice waters. Also I think they are 3 separate names.

One of those trendy instagrammable donut places where everything looks much better than they taste. Donuts were bready and dry - we tried the pb&j, chocolate frosted and apple fritter. All were meh.
