Quite possibly the most stale and dry donuts I’ve ever had definitely avoid and go to Dunkin’ Donuts instead

Donuts were very nice looking and large. The donut was a bit on the bready side for my taste and flavor was pretty good. Howeverthe empanadas were cold in the center and almost burned on the outside. We had hoped to order a dozen empanadas to go and thankfully we tried those first and didn't order more. I also ordered a cappuccino and they made what looked like a latte that was barely warm. The place is really cute but the staff seemed overwhelmed. Doubt we will go back again. Hopefully this review will help the management correct the issues.

I stopped here one afternoon while in the area when the place I'd gone for lunch didn't have a dessert I liked. I even took my photo by the Messi cutout, but for now it remains in my "placeholder" list with only 3 stars. Maybe if I had gone earlier in the day my review would have been a little higher. While the raspberry glazed donut I had was tasty with the glaze, the dough did seem a little heavy and "dry".

Started coming here a while ago. And now the experience is disappointing. The guy who works there is rude and always looks miserable. No one speaks English and the vegan donuts are so small but still expensive. Not getting my moneys worth at all. This will be my last visit. I no longer recommend this place.

Its no fun leaving reviews like this, so sorry. Sadly, their food is stale. We ordered a box of cookies; we didn't finish a half each before giving up. I politely went to the front desk and said if we could try another product instead of a refund. He said sure, so i picked a donut, then one bite and it was over too. Eh. We also ordered cold brew and didn't finish it. Bummer experience. Service was fine, he tried to help but the product is just old. I cant really blame the staff if the uppers are cutting corners with the baking standards. But uhh have two stars cause we took a picture with the unicorn statue.

Walk in Sunday morning. Two employees in the back with no other people in the shop. They walk up, continuing to converse. I say good morning. They both look at me and don’t say a work lol. Guess I’ll be heading to Mojo in Pembroke Pines where the donut selection is better and I’m ALWAYS met with a smile and greeting. Employees can ruin the experience.

Excellent food options. They have several fully vegan donuts and vegan croissants, which is awesome because I am not able to tolerate dairy. Normally I can't eat Boston crème donuts, but I can here and the quality is excellent!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Pink Love Donuts today. The staff was not friendly; nobody said hello or gave any kind of greeting. The donuts themselves were even more disappointing though, with the exception of the glazed twisted donut, which was pretty good. The vegan chocolate coconut was so stale that it was inedible. I would be shocked if that donut was not at least one day old. The frosted glazed donuts were also stale. The donuts all looked beautiful in the case, but the freshness and flavor does not match their appearance. There was nothing here that would make me want to return.

Drove 1 hour and spend it $120 for old doughnuts, they claim to make them fresh each morning but I guess today was not the case, waste of money. Sad to see they are going down on quality… I won’t patronize this establishment anymore.
