Old southern favorite place is busy, chicken is good, fries are extra crispy and seasoned, Louisiana sides are delicious and sauces are great! Mango sweet tea is very Florida.

My boyfriend put in a mobile order so we went into the online order to pick it up and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING GLOVES. I watched them touch the chicken and fries with their bare hands. No gloves used which was absolutely disgusting.

The worst experience at any Popeyes…I ordered mobile. The app said the first transaction failed but it charged me, I ordered again. They then gave me both orders (that I paid for) and I realized I had the wrong side. I come back around and tell them I have the wrong side and the rude guy at the drive thru asked for the second order back. I then reached out to customer service so they thankfully refunded me for the double order. They are rude and acted like they didn’t want to give me my initial order to begin with but to ask for an order I paid for back…was insane. I gave it back for arguments sake

Went through drive through, had to repeat my order 3 times. Asked for bacon and cheese spicy sandwich, got a regular sandwich. They don't pay attention when taking the orders.

Pathetic operation here. Ordered ahead with the app at 4pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 4:06pm on Thursday 11/21. Get to the window and they tell me to park. They did this with everybody. There were always 4-5 cars aside waiting for food. So they can manipulate the timer at the window. Then others who were waiting kept getting their orders before mine. I ordered a 3pc tender box and a side of biscuits. Not even a big order. Management needs to do look at the cameras to see every drive thru customer having to park. Something needs to be done about this. Wasted over a half hour for “fast food” when I finally received the food at 4:33pm after waiting over a half hour.
Biscuits were good and fresh.
Chicken tenders were cold and stale.
No fork for mac n cheese.
The incompetence and rudeness of the staff here is next level.
