Every time I order online for pickup, get home either order incorrect or they give me what's left. Dry and no taste.

Once night shift had me wait 25 minutes when I told them my chicken was cold 🥶 and the laughing came after so I assume they didn't want to make a new batch and gave me the old I guess that's how we get treated paying money and don't get no respect after 🪄💫❤️🖤
Hard to understand employee at driver thru. Recieved wrong order.
They now have a robot take your order in the drive thru and both times they messed up my order. This time, I order a tenders meal, get home and only 1 tender in the box and no fries! The bill was $15!!😡

Their chicken always look old and discolored! The food is never fresh! You spend good money for garbage meal from this location!

Ordered unsweetened tea, got sweetened tea instead. These people are careless. My health and well-being depends on avoiding sugar. If their careless about this, who knows what else they're careless about. Also they forgot to return my credit card, I had to ask for it back. Not going back until robots are all I have to deal with here.

Store not open when they say they are
I have never in my life seen a kitchen crew move more slowly. No one can be bothered to IDK.... greet customers, take orders, serve food. They just stand there in a daze. Corporate management needs to step in and salvage what's left of an absolute dumpster fire! Two thumbs way way way way way way down 👎👎

Chicken was a little salty 🧂..lemonade drinks 🍸 was delicious 😋 but the drive tru service is didn't like ,please don't put me to park in parking lot then I have to wait ,then come back in the store to announce my order .might as well i did walk in and buy ..I got no ketchup lol..my Mac and cheese was a little burnt..
