This food truck is unlike any food truck; the food truck is the kitchen, and there is an open-air seating arrangement if you are hungry and want to taste an assortment of tasty Haitian cooking. The price varies depending on the variety of your selection ($20-$120), with enough food to feed at least 4-6 people. The food is well prepared, tasty, and fulfilling. Unfortunately, it was raining when I went, so we could not request a table. Some friends from out of town accompanied me....
I am very happy I was in town to have the opportunity to taste the Fritay from this food truck. It is the best I ever had since my grandmother’s. The portion served for the price is very large.
