I just moved to the area about three weeks ago, and every time I’ve came to this snappers, which is literally right next to my apartment. And every time I visit this location, my food is never fresh and it’s always overcooked dry and hard. I’ve noticed from the three weeks that I’ve been here that the prices are going up, but the quality is going down. Customer service is up and down as well, late night. There’s a young lady that’s there with no kind of customer service at all. I came from work today and said maybe it’s the timing that I go there, let me go when it’s lunchtime and early. It was no different, the only difference is I asked for extra lemon pepper, and it was actually put on there like they were trying to hide something. My chicken had a funny smell and was burnt. I will be doing a live review on this location and posting this location on social media so that everybody knows that businesses like this that takes peoples money and that don’t care about the quality out of the food or people coming back should be exposed.

We had the shrimp and conch with fries right after I ate it I had to run to the bathroom and throw up me and my boyfriend stomach been hurting going back to back to the bathroom

I like this place my only people is the customer service the cashier don’t know the difference between lemon pepper powder and lemon pepper seasoning it was my first time trying this snapper an it was past the lunch special time so I ordered lemon pepper flavor wings but I asked was it the powder or seasoning she said powder, if your from broward you know what lemon pepper crack is thats the powder everyone love so I said okay I’ll get that when I got my food it was seasoning WILL NEVER ORDER IT AGAIN it’s to salt. On another occasion of coming back as I was looking on the menu there was a Arab young guy there this day I asked for a min mind you their speaker is already on its last wire so I didn’t hear the guy say to move up to the windows to order so I’m repeatedly saying hello I’m ready to order ask I’m seeing her walk back an forward by the computer instead of him just saying pull up ma’am or looking out the window to let me know to move up instead he stood there walking back an forward no one in the line just me so I pulled up an asked why couldn’t he say somethings instead of me just saying hello he say I told you to pull up the first time mind you I didn’t hear him the first time cause y’all’s speaker is terrible.

There's a Snappers closer to me ok Broward Blvd., but I drive all the way here because the food is better quality. Wings are fully cooked and they have great customer service.

The best snappers in Broward… clean, ducked off, my son make me order here for him at least once a week. Good fresh food, customers service is 100/10, and I drive across time just to spend my money at this location
