employees are very rude. they don’t say hi or how can i help you instead they say “what you want” or stare until you address them. instead of having orders ready and prepared for take out they have items half prepared and tell you what items you need to grab for your order. when you ask to use the restroom it’s “out of service” but when asked where they use the restroom it’s silence. people work hard for their money and deserve to get the service they pay for. without the customers there is no business. as a stock owner/ share holder for this company i'm disappointed. people don’t pay to get disrespected, (they shouldn’t). not only is it a health violation but it’s also unethical to deny customers of using the restroom. i hope better training is done in the future. i also hope that employees realize they get paid based on service not attendance. when asked for contact information for management it suddenly doesn’t exist. i find that extremely hard to believe.

The salads are not fresh and the lettuce is almost wilted, very little in a 12 inch sandwich! No glass to drink water! The bathroom is always bad because it is not maintained! The only thing is that it is clean! Terrible service
Absolutely awful. The man (I assume is the owner) was rude and degrading when I asked about coupons. Even mockingly laughing. Then when I am paying he commented on the amount of money I have. Awful service.

On the evening of 8/6/24 my husband walked into this subway to get my family dinner. Before he could even get the coupon all the way out of his pocket, the lady rudely told him how the machine was broken and couldn’t accept his coupon, barely spoke good English, and was just nasty to him. I however was confused when my husband told me about a machine not working for the coupon. So then that must have meant their POS system was down because that’s how they ring up deals, I would know, I worked at Subways for over 7 years. I will never go back to this Subway ever again, only to maybe get to the bottom of the reasoning.

New "wraps" are so bad... food is falling out, wrap is falling apart, nothing is "wrapped", wrap it self is way to thick and tastes BAD... Sorry subway, will be skipping you till you get your old wraps back... Very sad!!

Normally the subways I go to are nice and good customer service but this one is the worse one by far. I walk in the cashier is nowhere to be found he walks out rubbing his eyes. I guess he was sleep. Then, he says “Are you getting a sandwich” That is the most ridiculous thing i’ve heard
