Normally the subways I go to are nice and good customer service but this one is the worse one by far. I walk in the cashier is nowhere to be found he walks out rubbing his eyes. I guess he was sleep. Then, he says “Are you getting a sandwich” That is the most ridiculous thing i’ve heard

Subway is a decent fast-food option, but it falls short in some areas. The sandwiches are average, lacking a wow factor. However, I must give credit to their macadamia cookies—they are simply amazing. Soft, chewy, and loaded with delicious macadamia nuts, they are the true standout at Subway.

I went in and waited for someone to help. After 5 minutes I realized the counter person was sitting at a table on his phone. Finally he assist me. No hello. No thank you or no receipt. Subway you needs to train their customer service employees betterGreat tv adds by the way

First of all, when i walked in there the worker attending me was just laughing on their phone as I’m trying to make my order. As i would ask for what i want i would get started at as if i was forcing them to do something impossible, they clearly hate their job. Once they got my order wrong they tried to blame me for it, and to top it off they never have chips stocked.

I ordered a footlong teriyaki and a tuna salad. I got the footlong, but they said no salad bowls, the salad bowl was $8.39 they replaced it with a 6 inch that's worth $6.23. I asked for them to add a soda to fill in the gap they refused. Take it or leave it.
