I wrote customer service and gotten ZERO RESPONSE SO NOW I’M HERE
I was at the drive thru ordered a cheesey beef rice burrito I wanted a side of beef on the side and I was given a tiny sauce cup that’s given when you buy nachos or avocado sauce . I haven’t been to this location in a while and recently visited my third time here . When I was last here I would order the beef on the side with a black button cup and always get a good amount of beef for .50 cents . I went in and explained to the young lady African American short with glasses told her I have never seen a side of beef this small and would like another one or add beef to my meal to get what I paid for . She said NO MA’AM we don’t do that . I said ok and walked out . I should have just have her refund my money. I’ll stick with the other location on University Drive better customer service there!
