First time ordering from here but my chicken parm sub was very good, delivered quickly and I plan to order more from the menu it was above average and I'm hoping that I can have some good results with some other favorites.

I had lunch around 3:30PM and ordered the ravioli, which came with a small salad and garlic rolls. I was disappointed with the entree, completely. The tomato sauce was sweet as sugar. I don't know if they make their own or if it's jarred/canned, but it was lousy. The dish was not served hot and the cheese on top was either not completely melted under the broiler or had got cold and coagulated. My friend had manicotti, a salad and a Coke. I had a Diet Coke and without tip the bill was about $38. We tipped $10, so $48 total for a meal I could've prepared with items from Publix for about $12 for both of us and would've been better.

Had a lovely meal here. Very homey, comfortable, authentic Italian feel. My boyfriend is very picky and loved the lasagna. Salads are delish, calzones, pizza, meatballs, everything!! Can't wait to try the stuffed meatball next time. I love small, family owned Italian restaurants, reminds me of NY. The owners really put their heart and soul into this place, you can tell. I truly enjoyed the experience.

Stopped in to have a bite. Ordered Margherita Pizza, Salad, Garlic Rolls and Calzone. Everything was fresh and delicious! The tomato sauce on the pizza was so smooth no acidity. We really enjoyed everything.

Had another amazing meal at Cucina Caruso again! We had pizza and the ricotta cheese was so fresh! The bread was most definitely just made. Best pizza ever!! Very comfortable and safe for COVID. I have dined in, taken out, and have used catering a few times. I expect to call them in two weeks for another catering event. Dom and Anna (Owners) are so friendly and the service is outstanding. Juliana served us last night and we thought we were in a 5 star restaurant! The meatballs and chicken parm are highly recommended. Dom will make you anything if you call ahead or for catering. One time I had a chicken w spinach and mozzarella! So delicious! The catering was excellent and the food portions generous. They also have a back room for private parties. They also have great cookies.I Highly recommend!

Thank you Chef Dominick for providing us with a incredible lunch today for our team. What a nice surprise that our team enjoyed. And thanks for all the help and support with our catering for the charity events that we do. Food is always Awesome. You're the Best. Bill & our Team at Allied Kitchen & Bath.

These guys have gone through a little restructuring. But now it's back to original ownership. The food has come back to its original greatness and I couldn't be happier. This place is one of a kind. If you'd like real Italian food and real New York style Italian pizza this is the very best place in the area. I came to early today and they didn't have pizza ready but they were able to whip together a sausage and pepper sandwich for me. Sorry for the picture but I couldn't wait to take a bite out of it, delicious!

This has been one of my favorite local eateries for a few years. However there seems to be some sort of transition going on with the ownership. Quality of food drops dramatically when new staff is there. Last time there, the pizza was so skimpy (from the dough to the sauce and toppings) Domino's actually has better quality and taste (at half the cost). I should have known when the pizza and box were as light as a frisbee as I picked it up. This makes me sad.

Caruso has RUINED pizza for me. Much like not understanding you were only ever half a person until you meet your soulmate and realize how empty your life has been... I never knew I was missing this pizza in my life until I had it here. For those of you that have not met your soulmate and cannot relate... Caruso handed me (and I took) the RED PILL and see now that what I always thought was great pizza was ALL A LIE. Before Caruso's I was perfectly happy and even thrilled with the pizza place by my house. They are walking distance and amazing. Or so I thought. The pizza I had at Caruso was peerless. The long drive home my wife could not shut up about the pizza (not that she couldn't shut up but that it was about pizza... she is not really a pizza person)!I always order cheese or xtra cheese pizza's when I try pizza at a new place because it's the base for all other pizzas (that I am interested in anyway, no thanks bbq chicken and bacon pizza). I feel it is a good way to judge their fundamentals. I have never had a pizza this good.We have gone here several times and everyone is so friendly. The owners are dedicated to their craft and treat us like family. We have even danced to live music there... not that this place is for dancing but we have always felt at home there. It's that kind of place.

I ordered a pizza for pickup -- I arrived to the restaurant to see that the cooks had their masks UNDER THEIR CHIN leaving their mouth and nose exposed while preparing the food. The guy at the front desk was touching his filthy cell phone between handling customers orders without washing his hands in between, and the girl in back had her mask under her nose. I cancelled my order. BEWARE restaurants that are not following COVID-19 protocols and exposing customers to their germs. If they can't wear them right at work, they're not wearing them properly anywhere else, meaning they're most likely careless with food handling as well. Careless employees are managed by careless owners. I urge anyone who's contracted the virus within 30 days of eating here to call a lawyer and the BBB.

This place has gone downhill! Everything used to be so fresh. I should have known when I called in my order and asked for Doms special sandwich the guy on the phone was not friendly and said Dom is not here anymore. Thats too bad because it wasn't just the food but the family atmosphere that made everything so special. When we did get our order the bread which used to be baked daily was flat and full of flour on the bottom. The pizza was dry and the cheese- which used to be made daily- was the cheap bagged version. I seriously could have cried that this was not Carrusos anymore! It comes to find out that the Dom the owner was squeezed out of the business by some guys he partnered up with. I hope they get their due. This place was used to the pilar of Italian cuisine.

This is a great family run restaurant. The owners welcome everyone as "long lost" friends. The food is authentic and delicious. The servings are more than generous. The pizza is excellent. It is always a delight to come for lunch or dinner.
