While the food is good the wait time is ridiculous. The place opens at 1.00pm on Saturday and you cannot call in an order but you can order online. I ordered at 11.00 and got there 1.30pm still has to wait at least 20 minutes as they kept saying the order did not go through. Not the first time, not sure if I would go

Okay so imma still give 5 stars cause the day after letting it sit in the fridge they can get alllllll my money. I love the butter sauce even though I can’t really tell what’s in it and the spice mayo was So good!

I just tried to place an order as a 1st time customer. I have eaten their food and its really good. Thats not the issue. The issue is their ChowNow online order system is trash. I cant place an order as a guest, so I had to create a profile just to get a "Something Went Wrong" error and to try again later. I call the restaurant im hopes of ordering via phone like the old days but apparently that is not a thing with them. She just told me to keep refreshing until it works, instead of just taking my order. I guess customer service is a thing of the past with this place.

I come once in a blue moon because I don’t stay near but when I do the food and the vibes are amazing!!!!! And what I mean by the vibes I mean the way JORDAN speaks to you and makes you feel welcomed every time you come! And THAT is really what makes me come back (aside from the food of course)! Sometimes people need that feeling and honestly…. I’m coming back more often just because of how he spoke to me today, it felt a little more special than usual! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOOOO SO MUCH KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND FOOD! Take my money EVERYTIME! Lol!(By the way… I’m still in the parking lot doing this review while waiting for my food lol!! I just couldn’t wait to rave about how JORDAN made me feel tonight! Thank you again!

I have loved Trapbachis food since I tried it months ago. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars because the food is actually really good. The customer service on the other hand is quite a joke. I placed an order online and my fiancé went to pick it up at designated time. He was told it was “not ready”. FORTY FIVE minutes later they realized my order never printed then he would have to wait an additional thirty minutes for the food. I understand places get busy but to continue to tell someone your order is coming out when it wasn’t even received on your end but paid for is a complete joke. Unfortunately that will probably be the last time we give our business to this location. They need an actual adult working there that cares.
