Wings Plus Fort Lauderdale

Food was HORRIBLE!! Stale old and refried burnt Nasty!! I wasted my money they should be ashamed never again!! I had to try it twice to make sure I was tasting what I was tasting!!! Dried just horrible!! The DISRESPECT to my money!!!

Overpriced and small boneless wings. Plus missed direct order notes but still charged me for them. Take out order - ordered directly from their overly confusing website.

There's a Better Way the Manager (Dan or Don Taylor) Could have Approached the Customers. I Went to the Store too Placed a Takeout Order and I Sat on a empty Table since there was a bunch of them that was already Available too wait for my Food, and He approached me telling me too Wait Outside for my Food, when another Employee stated that I Can wait Either inside or Outside. That was Very Disrespectful of Him, I don't Normally leave Reviews or Make a Big deal out of Certain things, But that was Very Rude. Find a Better way too talk too Your Customers or Put a Sign that says we Can't wait for our Food Inside.

Called in an order over the phone. Restaurant confirmed my order. When we arrived to the restaurant they told me they cancelled my order and won’t be able to help. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy here is mind boggling. Horrible service management needs to correct this

I ordered thru Uber Eats. The wings arrived cold with sauce all over everything in the bag. The soda was warm, the fries were plastic, the so called blue cheese I was charged extra for wasn’t blue cheese (not sure what it was). Lastly, the wings: skimpy, low end quality wings, barely edible. Please, if you value your health, don’t make the mistake of ordering from a clearly incompetent restaurant.

I will definitely be sticking to the Coral Springs location from now on.

To charge $3 extra for raspberry sauce then be stingy with the portion isn’t acceptable.

Coral Springs will have your wings wet, sticky and dripping… this location will leave them dry and wishing you ordered elsewhere.

The Managers response wasn’t helpful at all either, but I guess I’m just used to the quality being different.. super disappointing, as this location is closer to me since relocating.

When eating wings that are supposed to be covered in sauce, it’s a huge red flag when you don’t need to lick your fingers afterwards because of lack of sauce….

Great bone in wings, but severely overpriced. $16 for a 10pc Boneless Wings...these are the most expensive chicken Meatballs I've ever had! They are tiny & not even real chicken breast. We were surprised.

Seated myself, and order was taken within 10mins of my sitting down. Ordered 12 wings, 6 lemon pepper dry rub (the only dry rub option), and 6 extra hot with a bowl of soup. Soup was good, and portion was decent. Lemon pepper wings tasted great but I wish they had more dry rub options. The extra hot wasn't hot at all. Could kick it up a level. Overall, decent wings.

I ordered 3 wing specials to go. I ordered a Key West with fries. I ordered honey hot. Wood fries and I ordered honey garlic. We're fried I with the specials. You have to order the blue cheeses, which is what really makes the whole meal complete. I did not receive the dipping sauces. And I had to drive over 20 minutes to go get it 20 minutes to get back to my job. And when I got there, the sauces wasn't there. I called back to explain to them that you know I'm. I'm really upset because I had to drive and get off my job to come and get it to come back and it's not there and they were so nonchalant about it. Well, are you gonna come and get them or not? I will never come to this restaurant again.

Wonder what is tasty food for the people that gives 5 stars to this place…wings are dry and tasteless, not flavor at all, and expensive…

you have to pay for the sauces (branded not home made) and the customer service is terrible…not recommended
