I didn’t realize all the options and she patiently gave as plenty of different flavors and style cakes to choose from. This place makes incredible cakes. I called them in a pinch when I forgot to order a cake for my brother's birthday and not only did they assist me at the last minute, but the cake was incredibly delicious and looked beautiful. Better than any cake I have seen on TV. My brother's mouth fell open when he saw the cake. The customer service was also top notch as they were intent on getting me something my brother would love. I will be a repeat customer year after year.

I honestly was not going to write a review, but so many friends encouraged me to disclose the unprofessional nature of this business so that potential clients would be aware. In November 2019, my husband and I selected Amazing Cake Creations to do the cake for our baby gender reveal. From the first moment that I contacted Amazing Cake Creations via email I had complications with communication. First, my email message went into their spam inbox (okay I understand the first time.) Then some of my questions went unanswered for a few days at a time and when I wasn't getting a response I decided to call and leave a voicemail, but my call was not returned. Instead, I got an email saying I received your phone message and then the answers to my questions. Those should of been my red flags right there but having worked in customer service many years I looked past this and went ahead with the details including when I would drop off the ultrasound that would determine the gender of our baby for the inside of the cake. On the day I went in for my ultrasound we were not able to see the gender of our baby so I immediately text Grace saying we would need an extra two days to get her the information for the cake. She text me back immediately and said that was not going to be a problem. Well two days later when we went for another scan we found out very, very sad news (you can probably put two and two together here) and knew with this news we would not be having a gender reveal anymore. Out of respect for Grace's business I sent her a message detailing that we would not be needing the cake after all because I did not want them to go through the trouble of baking and creating a cake that we would not be picking up or using. Even though two days before she responded almost immediately this time she never responded at all. Again, the following day while I was in the hospital with my husband, a friend of mine offered to try to get ahold of Grace or someone from Amazing Cake Creations. She left 3 messages over the course of 2 days and went by both listed addresses to attempt to talk to someone and inform them we would not be needing our order with no response. Honestly, this is a business and while people do not always know how to respond to hearing about other people's bad news, it would be respectful to respond to a text or at least respond to the many voicemail messages that were left for the business. Instead, I was left without any contact whatsoever and was out all the money I had paid originally, for a cake that was never even made, for a very unfortunate incident that I wish no woman or family should ever have to go through. I find it rude and extremely disheartening that no one could even returned one of the many calls from my friend who tried to help me over the course of two days get in touch with the business to inform them of the situation. I don't even care about getting my money back and I absolutely hate having to write a bad review; but the poor communication and just an overall lack of professionalism, I was left with no other recourse. I will not be choosing Amazing Cake Creations ever again let alone recommending them to any of my friends or family. Please think twice when choosing this business.

The wedding cake they made for us was amazing. Each layer was a different flavor. The we they had the buttercream on the cakes was awesome. The staff is very patient and listens to every ideas.

I hope I'm reviewing the correct business. My friend ordered a cake from Grace and I attended the party where they served it last night. It was delicious. I have been craving buttercream for weeks (thanks to a recent change to more healthy eating...) and after a couple grocery store attempts to find something passable (it was my birthday and I was caring for hubby post ankle surgery...no judgment, lol), I felt disappointed and guilty for "splurging" on sub-par dessert. Enter our friend's 79th birthday. They created a custom "2D" cake for him with a fondant clapboard on top, an original design since sculptural cakes are their specialty and this was new for them. Now this template his wife and the bakers created will be added to their rotation for future clients! We're not surprised. This family has always been about creative innovation (yay for filmmakers!). Anyway, it's safe to say their buttercream more than hit the spot. It was a moment. Light and pillowy, but not without that telltale "buttercreamy" texture...almost like a non-gooey marshmallow fluff. Even the fondant was tasty. The cake was moist and soft but substantial enough not to melt in my mouth. We were there for our friend but had we known about this cake in advance...I may have had an ulterior motive. Thank you for a delicious cake, Amazing Cake Creations. We will definitely consider you for our future special occasions and referring future clients to you (we're wedding photographers). The skills that the employees here have are insane. Ordered a Mario cake, and to say it looked just the cartoon character is an understatement. And you would think because it looks so good, it wouldn't taste all they great, but it tasted better than it looked. The cake was so Moist and the cookies and cream filling was delicious. This is coming from someone who normally doesn't really like cake. Alex helped me put it in my car too! Thank you, amazing cake creations!

We weren't going to get a wedding cake but after talking with them and seeing the amazing work they did we decided on getting one after all. Talk about last minute turn around! Had all the details done for my 8th graders promotion except for the cake. I contacted Grace last minute and she delivered. It was white cake with an Amazing Mango filling. Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend Amazing Cake Creations to all my family and friends!!

This is not based on the quality of their cakes, as I did not get the chance to place an order. This review is on their customer service. Very unprofessional. I reached out to them via Instagram to get a quote for a cake for a baby shower. Grace responded to me and asked me to send over some examples. I sent them over and was told I would get a quote later that day. I waited 2 days, no response. I sent another message and Grace responded immediately, saying they had a death in the family and that she was very sorry. Understandable, life happens. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted a quote still. I said yes. She sent it over, and the quote was fair. So the next morning (which was on a Friday), I sent a message saying I wanted to place the order and asked how we can get started. Weekend came and went and now here we are, Monday. Nothing. I sent another message asking if I could place the order. Silence. At this point, I needed to know if I need to find a plan b, since the baby shower is now 4 weeks out. When I first contacted them on 5/31, I still had a bit of time. Now it's 6/10. So I decided to try and text the number they had on their Instagram. What did my text say? Just simply that I wanted to place an order but have not received a response, and if they didn't want my business, a response would've been great. Of course, Grace responded to my text right away. Her response was she replied. I told her that she did not. Her next response? That she forgot to hit send, but it's probably best not to move forward at this time. That was such a waste of time. I'm sorry, but if I knew I had a potential new customer, I would be following up with them...not have them chase you for their business. Their work is beautiful and I have no doubt the cake would've turned out great...but they just lost a customer because their customer service and communication is horrible.
