Standard Applebee’s setting. Slow service and lower quality food than any other Applebees I have been to. Servers are professional and friendly. The place seems understaffed.

Cable mother try because they're supposedly under new management. Same old place. Waited 10 minutes at the hostess and no one even acknowledged our arrival. Two other tables did not get served they got up and walked out while we were standing there waiting. It's 12:30 Prime lunch time I saw three people working in the entire restaurant. Definitely do not recommend them. Side notes it's very dark in there

2 hours to get my food, and it’s not even packed what so ever

My wife asked for medium rare steak and received a medium. Took 15 minutes to even be asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered wings and came with little bit of sauce and the wrong sauce. Drinks took 20 mins to get after ordering. Server didn’t check on my food when I sent it back until I said something. That was 15 mins after I sent it back. Horrible service and there was only 4 tables occupied in her section

Instead of a remodel maybe revamp the food and the service! Food was slightly warm, service was just terrible. There was a reason I hadn’t ate Applebee’s in 5 years. That’s the last time I’ll suffer —- LOL

Server was unattentive. Dishes just kept piling up on the table. Was not very good about checking back to make sure drinks were okay food was okay. Was also told that they don't do anything for birthdays whether it be seeing or offer any kind of dessert.
This was the Ocala Florida location

Fettuccine Alfredo, was the worst I've ever had. The chicken was very good. My wifes oriental chicken salad was very good.
I sent my pasta back and the second was just as bad.

I like Applebee's but my dish tonight was a disappointment. I had the Chicken Parm on Fettuccine. The portion was very large, a great bargain for the price (we had the $25 special). Unfortunately, for the size of the chicken breast there was not near enough tomato sauce, maybe a tablespoon or so where my chicken was almost as big as the bowl. There was also a very large portion of Fettuccine. But it was hard to know any sauce was on it either. If I had to guess, I'd say the noodles were tossed in the sauce much earlier and then just sat in a warming pan. But they do have a great house salad, it's not just lettuce, you actually know there are other things in it. Our server, Dave, was attentive and friendly. He said he'd only been there about a week but he did a great job!!

I must admit I was disappointed. After the long laps awaiting its rebuild and remodel. It's done but I didn't like the menu. Didn't like much of what I ate. Sorry about that. I do like to look at the positive but I couldn't find a whole lot at least not within the food
