This location is NOT worth your time or money. They barely mixed up the chocolate syrup in my fiance's chocolate milkshake and her chicken sandwich was poorly put together with almost no sauce at all and an extremely dry sandwich overall. They were also really stingy with the whipped cream in her milkshake and Rebecca made things too complicated when we were trying to make the best use of our coupons. After asking her to proceed with the order with ringing up whatever was cheaper with our coupons she stopped communicating properly about the order and we didn't save as much money as she promised. My fiance's order was so messed up we feel like it was a vendetta against her. The mozzarella sticks were also bland in flavor and my burger didn't taste juicy whatsoever. The milkshakes also don't taste like real shakes and lack a good texture. Rebecca was also treating it like a tutorial showing us on the screen how to ring up the order like she was expecting us to do it.
I ordered in Italian fully loaded and curly fries I got a very small sandwich That looks nothing like the advertised sandwich And with hardly any meat poor tasting bread and only curly fry pieces. Will not be returning to R by's good luck in the fast food business quality versus prices the disparity is sad.

Great food worth the wait for the hash browns however I miss the ranch peppercorn sauce it was by far my favorite 😍
We have tried placing an online order for over a month, their website is not working. It’s a shame someone is not keeping up with the orders
