Slow ride and lazy on the night shift complains about the customers everyone here should be fired 25 mins to take an order, 15 mins for the food at these prices service should be top notch. I love Arby’s I hate leaving a bad review but dam this was bad glad I won’t be back this way for a month or two

I had an awful experience here, and it was all because of a woman named Amanda. From the moment I walked in, her rude attitude was impossible to ignore. She was short with me, rolling her eyes when I asked a simple question, and when the guy next to me asked her about a sandwich, she gave him a nasty look and snapped, “Didn’t you see the menu?” Her tone was dismissive and completely uncalled for. It wasn’t just a bad moment, it seemed like she was rude to everyone she interacted with. Her behavior was so unprofessional and disrespectful that it completely ruined the atmosphere. I can't understand how someone like this is allowed to work in customer service. This place seriously needs to address her attitude because I won’t be coming back until this is resolved.

I'm a big fan of Arby's, but was disappointed when I ordered the breakfast burrito. It was about 40% smaller than burritos I've purchased at other Arby's. It is a sad state when your portion is controlled, not by what you should receive, but by who is working. It's amazing how many times I've seen someone get a little more just because they're friends with the person behind the counter.

It seems the drive-thru is more important than the counter, but don't question why you're not getting waited on, or the woman who complains about being short handed will tell the other employees "we have a gentlman here about to have a heart attack because he's not getting waited on". It IS a truckstop. Maybe if I drove my semi thru the drive-thru I could get waited on.

It's against health regulations to re-heat food you've had on the counter for God only knows how long. The two females working had horrible attitudes with disgust covering their face as they took and made my order. I still don't understand why it took fifteen minutes just to put my already cooked food back in the fryer and on the grill. I've worked in the food industry fifteen years, I know why the fries have a rubber texture.
