The fries had more salt on them than potato!! The ham and Swiss was terrible bun was soggy horrible!! Double roast beef was edible we will not go back!!

Manager was asleep in the office while the staff struggled getting orders out.
Never had an issue with service at Arby's ever, these were the rudest people, I stood by the front counter six Arby's employees on the other side of the counter and not one of them acknowledge me, I know they were doing shift change but not one of them said I'll be right with you, they just looked at me and put their heads back down and continue to do what they were doing and walking around but not one of them asked me anything or acknowledge me that they would be alright with me as soon as they're done, I complain to the fuel dust that I was going to get something to eat but then I changed my mind I told him I was standing there and nobody would take my order that's not my issue my issue is no one even acknowledge me there was two managers standing there, as I was looking at the sandwiches on the truck stop side the manager was leaving saying she better leave before somebody complains about her and I said you deserve it because you didn't even acknowledge me she didn't apologize she just said something smart Alec and walked away, so I took a shower and came back one of the managers from earlier is still there and she was still rude
