We’ve been loyal customers of Arianna’s Pizza, ordering every other weekend like clockwork. On Saturday, July 5th, we placed an online order for pickup, just like we always do. What we didn’t realize and what nowhere on their online ordering system indicated, was that the store was closed for the entire holiday weekend.
No big deal, we figured it was a glitch with the third-party ordering site and planned to follow up for a credit the following week.
Fast forward to Monday, July 7th: the store was closed again (which we knew), so we waited until Tuesday, July 8th when they reopened. At 11:13 AM, we received a call from the store saying they wanted to “discuss the order.” I returned the call at 11:31 AM, and the employee informed me that the order we placed three days earlier was now ready for pickup.
I explained the situation: we ordered online with zero notification that they were closed, had no way of knowing there was a need to cancel, and were just hoping for a simple credit since we’d already planned on placing another order this coming weekend, like we normally do.
Instead of working with us, the manager stated that since the food was made, and we didn’t cancel the order online (a feature we didn’t even know existed), there was “nothing they could do.” In other words, we were just out $40, with no resolution or effort to make things right.
This is poor business practice, plain and simple. We weren’t trying to get anything extra,just a credit toward a future order as loyal, returning customers. But the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to own a system issue has now cost them regulars who have supported them consistently.
We really wanted to keep supporting this place, but if this is how they handle good-faith situations, it’s clear customer loyalty doesn’t matter to them.

This place is hands down best pizza in the Ocala area !!! Nothing even comes close ! I’m sad it took me this long to come across this restaurant ! The owner was super sweet as well as the waitress and all the workers . My friend, son and I ordered pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, lasagna, garlic knots & Stromboli, everything tasted amazing !! I mean 10 out of 10 for every dish it was delicious fresh ingredients and hot ! Bursting with flavor !!! ??❤️❤️❤️ I loved the atmosphere! I don’t care that it’s 30 minutes from my house I will drive there everytime ! It’s absolutely worth it !! Don’t even think twice just order the food !! Also even the customers there were so nice there was a customer celebrating his birthday the staff sung happy birthday and brought out a cheesecake which I thought was super sweet He also shared other deserts he ordered with our table!!

Went there for a large pie. When I went to pay they over charged us on a Rootbear-4.95 for 2 liter bottle, the pizza was awful. I guess the orignal owner sold the business to a price gauger ***Do not go there!

Fantastic food!! The portions are great, especially for the price. The online order said it would be 45 minutes, but it was ready in less than 20, so they pump food out and it is piping hot!!! When we pulled up, there were several cars waiting and people going in and out, seems we have found a gem! My picky husband really likes the red sauce, and there's only a handful that he'll eat. I was ecstatic to see eggplant rollatini on the menu since that is my favorite food, and they make it absolutely perfect! Definitely, definitely, definitely coming back, we cannot wait to try their pizza and calzones and just about everything else on the menu haha!
