I came in knowing I wanted ice cream, but not sure what. Rachel jumped right to position and was ready for me to decide. Her vibes were the perfect inspiration I needed because I decided then to mix the creole cream cheese with the chocolate peanut butter. I was delighted to learn that Rachel and I share a similar sweet tooth in our love for peanut butter and who knows how many other delectable things 🤤
She made this shake beautifully and mixed the ratios just right so it tastes like I am drinking a peanut butter cheesecake.
Don't even get me started on how good it looks! They say you eat first with your eyes and if so my appetizer and first course was in the shop as Rachel guided me through all the sinfully sweet flavors, and the beauty that is her creation was enough to leave me wanting more!
The first sip washed over my taste buds like a tempestuous storm of taste and I cannot wait to dive facefirst deeper into this delightful dance of the senses!

they were very friendly and patient with my grandchildren by giving them samples of almost every flavor. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you had only one case of icecream to choose from and they werent labaled.
It was absolutely jaw dropping as I watched an employee use THE SAME FREAKING SPOON for MULTIPLE SAMPLES!!!!?!?? I really could not even function properly after watching it happen several times. And when I tried saying something she didn’t understand completely, answering me “well if you’re ok with him getting a sample, I can , it’s up to you” ???!? Ummmm……..? ok thank you byyyeee

Hash browns were cold ice cream was melting right out of the window.. just wow.. I asked them for hot hash browns and they microwave them and gave them back .. horrible

Ice Cream tasted old & freezer burntPlace needed a good sweeping and total cleaning
Went through the drive thru to get ice cream workers stated they were out of flavors we asked for. We then asked which favors they did have and told us we can come inside to look because they have 31 flavors, yet they stated they were out of half of the flavors. The workers then started talking over each other shouting at us. We were very aggregated that they were not being helpful in answering our questions we were just confused and trying to figure out what they had in stock. We left and proceeded to get ice cream from DQ who had exceptional service and were very friendly.

We had an excellent experience here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rachael recommended some really yummy flavors of ice cream and was such a treat to talk to. Very pleasant and provided us with fantastic customer service.
