I have been going to the location off 40 for the last year at least 2xs a month for lunch. The cleanliness has gradually decreased. The service is mediocre but better if you sit at the bar. The food is usually pretty good. Burgers and wings are generally pretty good, salads are good. Other dishes are hit or miss.

Food is good but portions are small when compared to other restaurants like Red Robin or Applebees. The Shareable appetizers are about the size of a regular side but cost way more. Not good value for the cost.
