Big Rascal BBQ & Grille (BR BBQ)

For starts the food was absolutely amazingly delicious. The atmosphere was spot-on for a barbecue joint. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and then also suggested some of the most mouth-watering barbecue I've ever had off the menu. Definitely stop by and give this place a try if you're looking for a wonderful place to have some barbecue because it's absolutely Pawesome 🐾

Food truck- can't say i tried the food. People taking orders just abandoned the line because truck was backed up with 7-9 orders. This lasted for 20-25mins. No orders taken. Had to give up.

We got there at 6pm and there were plenty of empty tables. I had spar ribs that were good, but my wife had baby back ribs that were hard, dry, and barely any meat on them. She sent it back and asked for what I had. When they brought the food it was a half order and the end piece which was mostly fat. They did not do right by us at all. We will never go back. Also the collard green were too salty.

Absolutely delicious BBQ! The meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming — perfect for a family meal. Highly recommend, especially the ribs and brisket! 🔥🍖

We went for lunch on a whim on our way thru to Gainesville. The place seemed pretty busy, so we had high hopes. I’ll start with saying our waitress was nice and efficient and the other staff seemed nice also. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about our experience. The brisket sandwhich was SUPER dry but edible. My husband had the bbq sloppy joe, it was also edible but dry. The sides were all disappointing sadly. We had the spicy greens, jalapeño sausage mac n cheese and fries. The greens definitely tasted like canned greens and the mac n cheese that we were looking forward to was absolutely gross. I’d save my money next time :/

Service is good and the food was very delicious! I had the bbq quesadilla - my only request would be a bigger portion!

Food was great, I had the burnt ends cheesesteak and it was cooked perfectly. Service was great as well. Wish portion of Onion rings was bigger as I paid extra. Will be back!

I have had this place multiple time over the last couple weeks and every single time, the same dedication, the same craftsmanship, and same quality, these guys take pride in what they do!

And on top of that the food hits the spot every single time!!

We had a major issue with a to go order on August 8th. I called the same day and spoke to Chelsea who bagged it and rang us out. She failed to put in any condiments, we were unable to drive back due to being on a jobsite. She apologized and added in the fact that she wasnt trained properly on to go orders. Called back spoke to Jessica on August 12th and she was going to see about a reimbursement of some kind due to the meal being subpar. She didnt follow up as stated since apparently she wrote the number down wrong so when I didnt hear from her I called back Sept 2, she needed to see my receipt, walked in with my receipt 9/5 and general manager who is actually the owner only wanted to give a 20% discount of new order. Will not be back and he didnt give a crap.

Great BBQ at reasonable prices served up by friendly folks - and white BBQ sauce!

Our family stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon in August of 2025. We were seated quickly and ordered a few baskets of corn nuggets as an appetizer - delicious!

We sampled each of the sauces and most of us really enjoyed our meals. The kid's grilled cheese left a little to be desired, but the ribs and pork made up for it and we all shared those.

Make sure to try to jalapeno sausage Mac and cheese - it's great!
