My order was completely messed up by waitress and they were quick to offer my my correct order for free which I declined. So instead of 2 brisket tacos plus green beans they brought two orders of brisket nachos plus green beans. Waaayyyh too much food so I sent 1 back. Was tasty and good. Didn't care for green beans...over seasoned. Place is pretty run down on outside but pleasant on inside. Would go again to try a different order. Meat was flavorful.

First & last time eating here. Mashed sweet potatoes so stringy I couldn’t eat them. Baked beans tasted more like molasses than brown sugar. Asked for baby back ribs but they weren’t tasty either. Okra was mediocre.

We finally stopped to eat. We walked in and just loved the place. Its so nice. Was surprised on a friday night only two other people in the place, by end of meal we guessed why. The staff is amazing. We love bbq, i do have a dairy allergy so we had questions and the staff had all the answers right away, rare thing. We were impressed. Loved the menu, great prices and choices. All our favorites. Was hard to decide. He got the chicken and i got baby back ribs. Love they have heated sauces, great idea. The garlic bread was fantastic but bland, needs more garlic.
The meat was cooked perfectly, the sides cooked perfectly.
The big BUT is whatever their special seasoning is. Seems to be in everything. We tried all the sauces, we didn't like any of them. I love bbq sauce, im surprised I didn't like any of them. We didn't like any of the sides, it had a really odd taste.
Unfortunately we won't be returning. Its a shame because everything was 100% until tasted the food. Then we understood why at dinner time on a Friday night, there was only one other table. We asked the staff if it was normal, they said yes. Said they only busy for lunch.

The burnt ends were NOT burnt/carmelized or smoked and were OVER 60% Fat. Worse I’ve ever had and they were $19. My husband got a “half”(?) chicken that at least had a smoky taste to it (but was very dry) and only spent $10.

New to the area and just amazing flavor from meats to sides. The interaction with the wait staff was great. Made you glad you stopped in.

Ribs were great! Brisket was tender and juicy! The collards were kinda of bland and the jalapeno Mac n cheese was a little dry. The mashed sweet potato was phenomenal and so was the fried okra with ranch! I would have liked to see our server again so I could get a second drink. Overall nice place and it got packed after we got there with lots of blue collar workers which made me happy to see!

The ribs and chicken were excellent. The glaze on the ribs was especially delicious! We went out on a limb and tried the fried pickles, man were they good! There was a sewer smell in the lobby area, which was a little concerning when we entered. Once in the dining room it was barely noticeable. I'm glad we didn't let the smell turn is away, Big Rascal was a great find!
