Came in early Thursday morning and had such a great experience! I got one of their signature winter lattes and two plain bagels the coffee was a 10/10 and the bagels were absolutely perfect. The two young ladies at the front were super sweet and helpful, recommending all kinds of great options. Such a cozy spot and amazing service definitely coming back! ☕🥯✨
I’ve always been happy with the coffee and service I’ve received but today they refused to honor a coupon that had no expiration dates. Simply saying we don’t take coupons anymore. We were given these coupons by the owners of the store when it opened. I was disappointed they couldn’t offer any further explanation.
Elle and Josh are my favorite baristas! They’re so kind and always ask about my life as if we’re friends! Every time I come into biggby I have no complaints and leave with only positive things to say 😊 They really make the store and the coffee 🫶🏼🫶🏼
