Great little bar in Ocala. Loved the grilled cheese trio, the tomato soup is phenomenal! Also had the fried pickles, broccoli cheddar soup, black sheep slider and jam slider, everything was delicious, highly recommend!

Hands down one of the BEST burgers I've ever had. Carter ROCKS! There's always a lot of fun things going on. The event planner is spot on. The owners Meigan and Amy are great, they treat everyone like family. Check it out, you will NOT be disappointed! See you at the 2024 Halloween party on Oct 25th. Sure to be a ghostly good time!

Was going to have a cocktail here thinking there would be some great craft cocktails . Wow ! Was I wrong … I asked for a cocktail menu but that didn’t exist . Bartender then told me she had a full bar . So I proceeded to ask for 2 of the top 50 cocktails any bartender should know how to make , 1 being a Monte Carlo and the other would be an old fashioned. She then told me they don’t have sweet vermouth . I asked if they had dry vermouth as I would have a martini . Nope ! Don’t have that . I then asked what the seasonal draft beer options were . A big NO for that . I hit the bathroom and decided to find a decent cocktail as this place was not going to be any fun . It seeems this place cares more about the decorations than having a quality bar where people can get a great drink . What a disappointment ! I don’t recommend this place at all . The bathroom was not clean also .

I was at Blacksheep on Friday Aug 16 th, when Georgette Jones was there... the place was packed.
the service was EXTREMELY ATTENTIVE, constantly asking if I needed anything.... the food was amazing.
The only disappointment was they don't carry my beer, PBR....

This is one review I had previously written but never posted .... We, my wife and I, had heard the food here was great and the service was fun so came in for a quick bite.... We have since read the reviews and come across a common complaint about odors in the place. As a former General Manager of numerous clubs, restaurant/bars and Part Owner of half dozen Adult Entertainment Clubs the smell is a common issue. The older the building the worse the smells. The majority of the time it has less to do with cleanliness but rater vents, flooring, pipes, and out dated toliets and urinal flooring. The trick is to find the right mixtures of power scent blockers (as in Vegas) rater then common bleach and over the counter cleaners. Imagine our surprise when we got seated and found out it was "alternative" night.... I was ready to go but my wife convinced me to say by saying: Whst the hell we are already here". Most of the show was ridiculous to me.. unattractive impersonators acting but mingling in the crowd was a whole different ball game. I never knew actual men could end up looking and acting the way some of them were.... the night got more "entertaining" by the "people" in the crowd than the people on the stage.... We ended up staying until late and had a great time..... I'm a straight man married to a straight woman and if we can deal with it almost everyone can!
