I went to this Bob Evans after a really bad experience with the one on SR.200 & 484 in Ocala. Wait time was great and was greeted within a few minutes of arrival. The food was great, and the waitress was awesome even being as busy as she was.

Thanksgiving dinner in a pinch.
Went for breakfast and was disappointed in the food. Our waitress Gigi was perfect but the food wasn't.

It's something about that turkey and dressing with the gravy over the top. Then topped of with double mashed potatoes and gravy. My family loves Uncle Bob. He's always been good to us 😊😊😊

First time at this location.
Regular Saturday late breakfast time, restaurant NOT busy, several open tables, yet took 10 minutes after being seated to get a Server (Christie Lynn) to stop at our table, waited another 5 minutes to get our drinks. We placed our breakfast order when we ordered our drinks, after stating how my husband wanted his eggs 2X, the Server comes back to the table WITHOUT our drinks, and asks for a 3rd time how my husband wanted his eggs.
Waited 45 after being seated and still NO breakfast, so my husband went to talk to the Manager, even after that conversation we did NOT get our breakfast for another 5 minutes, and the Server brought the wrong food for myself, and my husband’s food was COLD!!!
So, now I’m waiting for my meal STILL, finally after another talk with the Manager, my food arrived. At least mine was hot.
Sadly, the people at the table next to us had the same problem with this Server. Thankfully, the Manager took care of the issue and was very apologetic.

Stopped with our group of 4 for breakfast. Upon entering wasn't greeted... lots of people walking around finally they told us we'd be seated shortly. Continued to wait so we asked if we could seat ourselves was told no they would seat us shortly. Never got seated so we left... would recommend seating people and providing better customer service. We won't return to this Bob Evans!!!

Do not come to this Bob Evans on Veterans Day they’re just gonna make you sick service from Jackie was awful!!! I ordered coffee. My coffee was sat down. I instantly asked for sugar. I never get it. My food finally comes and I asked whoever served me my food if I could please get some sugar so I could finally drink my coffee that is no longer hot.Jackie has ruined my veterans day

Stopped at Bob Evans and had a great experience. The food came out hot and fresh, portions were generous, and everything tasted home-cooked. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed without being overbearing. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, a nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Overall, a reliable spot for a hearty breakfast or dinner.

Stopped in while traveling, looking for a solid breakfast that wasn’t fast food. Bob Evans delivered — great food and even better service. Hit the spot.
