Got 2 scramble eggs and bacon. I think the bacon was deep fried. Couldn't eat it. And the eggs were not far behind.

Ordered pot roast & a chicken cranberry salad on my way to work for my night shift. Got to work & noticed my salad had no dressing. I personally do not enjoy salad with out dressing. So I called an asked to be comped a salad that I can pick up tomorrow. And was told the best they could do is write a note and have the GM call me with what can be done. I feel as if I paid for an item and did not get what I paid for. So why is there an issue and why do I have to go threw a unnecessary process to get what I paid. The managers name was Lorran. Dosnt seem very professional to mess up an order than inconvenience the costumer like it's my fault. I will be returning the salad to the store tomorrow and requesting my money back for the salad. i no longer want the salad i originally wanted comped. And I will not return for future orders. I will go across the street to chili's. It's very unfortunate bc I order a meal ever day on my way to work and was hoping to add this establishment to my list of places to stop. But this was a bad 1st experience

To start with, it was Easter. My ham was cut so thin you could see through it. An order of shrimp was $4.? It was only 4 pieces. One of the orders we requested was not turned in, so his meal came when we were done, and not one of our bills was right.

I can't even give you a star ! It was Easter and ( yeah I got you where busy ) the Bob even was on 200 ( in Ocala fl ) next to 75 , was busy , and a little waitress, was settled some people and the cashier went totally Bazurich YELLING at her telling her ! those people weren't next , then she called the customer and idot ! In public in front of his kids ! She continued to yell at the customer top of her lungs ! Calling him RUDE AND STUIPED ! I HOPE YOU DONT RUN ALL BOB EVENS THIS WAY ! BECAUSE UPON HEARING THIS WE WALKED OUT AS WELL AS OTHERES ! WE WILL NEVER ENTER THAT BOB EVEN AGAINE ! YOU LOST COUSTOMERS THAT DAY ! CONGRATULATIONS ! ?????
Both of us got the fried chicken sandwiches with bacon/cheese and French fries. Was a great choice. Server was very good.

By far the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had in my entire life. I was going to be seated after waiting inline for 20 min patiently then I and my wife with our 4 children had to get up and go back and wait again, then another hostess went to go seat us again and a employee named Holley made us get back up told me I was impatient and IGNORANT IN FRONT OF MY KIDS, my daughter who is 10 years old stuck up for me and said you don’t say that to my dad, then my daughter began crying. I’ve grew up going to bob evans my entire life and have always loved it but I will never in my entire life come back here and I feel so insulted and so upset and my entire family is upset and worst of all my daughter had to cry and this lady said this infront of her and it will be a core memory for her now. I’m TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED AND WE LEFT AND WILL NEVER RETURN I HOPE THE OWNER OR THE GENERAL MANAGEMENT CONTACTS ME VERY SOON AND I HOPE THAT THIS IS TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE IT RUINED MY ENTIRE FAMILYS EASTER.

I only give the atmosphere a one because it seems every time we go in there. We are subject to listening to this loud beep repetitively coming from the kitchen till someone decides to answer the timer. Might I suggest you give that person a pair of earbuds and invest in a Bluetooth timer so that their ear can get pierced instead of everybody else in the dining room, being distracted from their delicious meal over such an annoyance.It’s been happening for years. Bob figure it out.
