Not the First time Bob Evans has disappointed, but it will be the last. First, an older lady told us she was going to wipe a booth down and would get us seated. Several minutes later, she was sitting in her knees in one booth , chatting with someone in the next booth. Another server seated us. Second, the entrees were WAY OVERCOOKED. I ordered fried fish, my mom ordered chicken breast. Both entrees were fried to almost burnt, like the grease was too hot. Side dishes were tasty, but the broccoli could've used a little moisture, as it was very dry. I brought the entree home and gave it to my dog. Our server was very nice, but obviously irritated with a co worker who was visiting more than working. I'll drive the extra distance to go to Cracker Barrel in the future.

I'M Glad there is 2 locations here in Ocala Fl. I WANT be back to this location 45 minutes for Dine Food. AND the Manager didn't Help by Lying. I will deal with the traffic on 200

Whoever Jackie is, needs to find a different job. She’s extremely rude to her staff and belittles them when she thinks no one can hear her. Our waitress was amazing and kind! Jackie needs to retire.

Was feeling under the weather and wanted something warm, homey and comforting. Can't remember what it's called but the chicken, noodles on a biscuit was outstanding! Hubby had a big ole breakfast and was very happy. Service was very, very good. Left feeling nourished and just right. Thank you!
The waitress was terrible she had an attitude and barely came to our table and the pancake with apples was not even cooked and the white bread was burnt and a lot of butter bad for my cholesterol bad place to go to. People had came after us and they got their food before us terrible service I don't recommend it at all get better chef's or help them. We have never had a problem until today Sunday 10/09/25 and we will never be coming back here again terrible service ever 🤢🤢

We came in today for a great Sunday meal and turns out it was the worst experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out but before we got our food a big table next to us came in after us got their food before us . I ordered pancakes with apple cinnamon apples on top and omg taste so awful . It was uncooked and then my husband's meal was burnt . I understand that it's a hectic day being it's Sunday but if y'all can't hang with the crowd then you need to get new cooks. The management offered a loaf of banana bread for the service being bad and of course we declined . We have never had a bad experience with this location until now and we will never come back .

We came in mind you the parking lot had 3 cars, took 7 minutes to get sat in a section that was nothing but dirty tables, not a waitress in sight. Sat for 10 minutes no one came to say it would be a minute say they were our waitress get a drink order nothing. 17 minutes and not a single bit of customer service was shown. We also while sitting there watched people have to bring food from their table to the checkout counter to get to go boxes because their server was no where to be found. Absolutely terrible. I can see why the parking lot was empty. We wound up getting up and walking out without ever even getting our drinks because no one ever showed up to our table. Disgusting customer service.
