We ordered Bob Evans through DoorDash. On the front of their menu it literally says “Try our signature gravy”. We ordered their biscuits and signature gravy. Some dummy forgot to include our signature gravy in the order so when it was delivered, there was no gravy. They did remember the biscuits, but it was pointless without the gravy. This was the entire reason that we placed this order at Bob Evans. My fiancé worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital saving lives all night and the only thing my fiancé wanted was biscuits and gravy. How hard is it to remember customer’s items that they pay money for? You have one job to do and you want a raise but can’t prepare all of the items in an order. Do better.
The food was okay but our whole mood was ruined so we didn’t even enjoy it. What a way to end a long shift after working hard all night.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our group. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our food. Then it came out 1 plate at time. My plate was last. My toast was cold and burnt. My eggs were broke and yolk sloped all over my plate. The home fries were cold.

Dont order online. Call in your order and pay once you get it. Otherwise your waiting an hour and a half for breakfast. Must be trying to convince the chicken to lay the eggs. This place needs to get it together. Also none of my food was warm. There was a bunch of people around but no one working apparently
