Eating at iHop because your greeter today, 12/4/25, is unable to be pleasant and the wait was ridiculous! Not the first time we’ve come to this location and had slow service getting sat. Waitresses are usually good but you need a happy, quick hostess!

Very dull inside. Nobody including the staff looked happy. The food was okay but the fact that we got food poisoning and was sick for our vacation plant we had planned not sure what it was. Have a clue it was the gravy Because it's the one thing me and my husband ate and that the kids did not And I started eating it and said it doesn't taste very good and I was slightly sick but my husband who ate all of it was severely sick

I stopped in while passing through to grab something to eat and use the restroom, but the smell of cow manure was overwhelming. I couldn’t even stay long enough to find out if the food was good. I really hope this isn’t the usual smell, because I feel bad for the locals.

Today I would give Bob Evans a -5 if they had it. We came in at 3:30 in the afternoon. When I walked in there were 2 other couples waiting to be seated. My wife and I waited about 10 minutes to get put on the waiting list, but I had to walk up to the cashier and tell her that we were waiting. That wasn't her fault because she was doing double duty. There were plenty of tables and booths available. There was no manager in site. Another gentleman walked in and put himself on the list. I looked around and saw wait staff working but doing a lot of personal chit-chatting at the same time. 6 of us waiting got up and walked out. I won't be going back for a good while. I suggest you find another restaurant to dine until they figure out what the problem is. They forget that our business pays their wages, and management needs to stop worrying about their bottom line and bonuses and concentrate on customer service. I've dinned there before and the food was good. This time I have no idea, we didn't even get close

What can you say Bob Evans is always good. I love their sausage gravy it is the best by far of any place. It was full of sausage creamy, no lumps. It was excellent. Though the waitress and waitresses friendly it can be slow but you go in the morning. You have a coffee which is also very good to have delicious coffee. Hey where you going
