The food is always consistent, good fresh fish. Appetizers was an A+ ( tuna wantons) Our experience was made better that average due to server, Hanna. She was energetic, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about menu and ingredients.

I attended a dinner and cocktail pairing event here (Tides of Flavor) and the whole experience was phenomenal. Each course was better than the last and every element was well thought our and perfectly complimentary. And an incredible value, easily $150 meal for half that.

Came in by myself and was entertained by Hannah. Her great personality and knowledge of the menu was off the chart. Like 2 peas in a pod she had me figured out before I could ordering my entree. Hands down ill be back for that Cheesecake š.

This was by far the worst experience weāve had at Bonefish Grill. Weāve always enjoyed the food here, but the to-go service was extremely disappointing this time.
My wife wasnāt feeling well, so we ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived, I never received a link to enter a parking spot number. I called twice and was told our order wasnāt ready, even though the website showed it as ready. I called again and was told to wait. About 15 minutes later, someone finally brought our food out.
When I explained the situation, the employee was passive-aggressive and immediately assumed I was DoorDash, even after I clearly stated I was a customer picking up my own order. That incorrect assumption made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
To make matters worse, after submitting this review, I received an automated response offering $5 off a future order. Given the level of service failure and how this was handled, that felt dismissive rather than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Overall, a very disappointing experience from a place weāve always liked.

My mother and I went for my birthday today! The atmosphere/food was enjoyable and our waiter Wilson was spectacular!! Wilson really made my birthday feel special and he provided some of the best service Iāve ever experienced! I 100% recommend going! And if youāre wanting top tier service Iād definitely call ahead to reserve a table in Wilsonās section!

We went on New Year's Eve. Meal was fantastic, our server was on point and the drinks were great. Would definitely go again.
Visited recently for some girl time with my friends. Our waiter Sarah was awesome. The food was good too. We talked and laughed, cried and prayed as friends at the table. The manager mustāve noticed so he brought us napkins for our tears & some dessert. Because desert always makes you feel better. lol It was the kindest sweetest jester Iāve ever felt at a restaurant. If you go on a Sunday try the shrimp and grits too. It was good. š„°

In the last 3ish years, this place has gone down hill. The way the place looks, the cleanliness, the quality of food has changed so much. I can't even believe this place was closed by the health department. Management changed a couple of years ago amd you can tell. The smell at the bar is awful, the staff plays on their phones and talks about how the managers treat them so loud everyone hears them. You can't tell managers even work there because they are never seen. We are bar regulars amd know that the girls that work there work hard and keep a clean place but know that managers don't hold anyone accountable. This should be very embarrassing for the management team. I have found a better place that I know is clean. I would not recommend.
