Always great food and service. I love the grilled salmon atop a Caesar salad, and the Parmesan crusted rainbow trout. The brussel sprouts are a favorite of mine as well.
The monthly events are absolutely fantastic with thoughtfully and deliciously prepared four course meals with cocktail pairing.
Shout out to server Katie, bartender Sarah, all smiles, Logan, hostess Haley and above all, Eileen, who keeps it going and makes sure everything is in check.
Perfect place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or special event.

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hannah and she was truly amazing! From the moment she came to our table, her energy was so upbeat and positive that it instantly brightened the atmosphere. You could just feel that she has a beautiful heart, her kindness and genuine care showed in every interaction.
She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, all while keeping the biggest smile on her face. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job so well but also makes the entire experience feel special.

My husband and I went here to make up for our 49th anniversary that my husband had to have surgery on that day. They didn’t make what I had planned on getting that was on their menu online. Even though they don’t make that anymore, they made it happen for us. The manager came by to see how we were and when I told him about making up for missing our anniversary. He gave us a free dessert there and want to take home. And in the end without us, asking him to he gave us a AARP discount. Bringing our bill down from $35 to 29. He stood and chatted with us for a while. Quentin, Q as he told us to call him as one of the best restaurant managers I’ve had the pleasure to meet. I forgot to mention he also gave us a coupon for a free appetizer for the next time we come in. None of these things he had to do. We would’ve come back regardless. Now not only will we come back we will make sure to bring others. Thank you Q! You really made our 49th anniversary.❤️

My wife and I had been to Bonefish at different locations over the years. It was one of the first dining places that we went to while we were still dating, and we had good memories. The experience we got this time at this Ocala location, however, did not live up to our expectations. We went on a Saturday evening. Upon entering, we were told the wait time would be 30 min, which felt pretty standard and we were fine with it. But when we were seated, we weren't greeted for approx another 20min, and it took another 20 min for just the water to be served and food to be ordered. The couple next to us, who were seated right after we were, had similar experience, but their food ended up coming up a lot faster than us, which felt strange, considering we just ordered pasta, not fancy grill items. What was worse was that we ended up having stomach issues that evening when we went home. Needless to say that we will probably never return.

had the absolute BEST experience at Bonefish Grill thanks to my incredible server, Philip! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly charismatic, and brought so much positive energy to the table that he truly stole the show. The food was delicious as always, but Philip’s genuine care and personality elevated the night into something unforgettable. To top it off, the manager, Quinton, also checked in and made sure everything exceeded expectations. His professionalism and warmth made it clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Both Philip and Quinton are shining examples of what makes the Bonefish Grill brand so special. They’re valuable assets, and I’ll definitely be back thanks to the amazing service and memorable experience they created!

Honestly, I had high expectations from previous experiences. Bonefish has lost a step in quality and ambiance. The service was excellent, but with missing menu items and overall quality of the menu items, I don't know if I will be going back.
