im a employee reason why I’m leaving this review is because I currently work here this job used to be awesome just to loved working here meeting new ppl every day loved our costumer but for some reason we started going down by not having food ect and now we are starting to get our complete menu backand they dont want to paid us. They alway late on payments this pass month they owe us our check that had pass 3 weeks already and nothing im writing this here because is not fair costumer come arguing with us pointing finger and they should know also what is going on with us we try our best but we also been treated by our company like we not no body we have family we have bills we have rent to paid we count by check by check it just not fair they continue to expect us to still show up to work threatening us if we don’t show up we going to lose our job and with no paid and no body do nothing about it… is not easy for me to look for another job because I have kids I have to pick up in school and the hours is what is killing me by getting another job

This is the second time I've visited this location in the past 2 months and stickers are on the drive thru sign for SEVERAL food that is "not available" . The first time I drove through they were out of mac and cheese, and several meats so I just pulled away. Last week, I thought I'd give it another visit because I love their food. The lady told me what food they were out of, but my favs were available - 1/4th chicken, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, corn muffins! I excitedly pull forward to pay, get my food, and drive off. Upon opening my container, the mac n cheese is NOT their regular noodles and it doesn't taste very good, the corn muffin is dry, chicken is warm, and thankfully the saving grace - the mashed potatoes are AMAZING. What's going on at this location? Very disappointed.

THEY CHANGED THEIR FOOD!They have the same menu options but it's different food. They don't have their spiral cheesy Mac n Cheese anymore it's regular dry Mac n cheese. Very underwhelming. Also my favorite food item which was the sweet potato casserole doesn't taste the same anymore. It's not as sweet and doesnt taste anywhere as good. They was out of a lot of menu options. I ordered a 3 piece dark and the best thing and only thing that wasn't changed is the rotisserie chicken and the cornbread.

My son wanted to have a date at Boston Market. The day that we had our date, they were out of many menu items. His macaroni and cheese had no cheese. An employee replaced it with another side. The turkey with gravy was the comfort food I was hoping for.

Not a very clean place. Also a very stinky place. I haven't visited every store in Ocala but this is the smelliest one I've been in. They never have all of the sides to choose from and the food isn't kept very hot. In my opinion not worth the visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ran by for quick meal - take out. Was told they were out of pretty much everything. Said they only had rotisserie chicken - didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Decided on the crispy chicken- wasn’t bad but had very few sides available also. It was 6PM - not late. Very disappointing.

Updated Friday June 2nd 2023I called and spoke to Stephanie the manager, and she was very kind and very apologetic for the quality of the food last time. She offered to replace the meal with whatever I wanted. So I decided to go in today for a late lunch, and I got that they have chicken meal with The sweet potatoes, and I got the mac & cheese again, and it was way better than it was last time. The chicken was great! And so are the sweet potatoes as well. Stephanie has restored my faith!Tuesday May 30th 2023I ordered there new Rotisserie Chicken Nuggets. They looked so good in the Photos.! They were horrible..! Dark, and dry, not even edible with the BBQ sauce, I ate 2 of the 12 pieces. They must have changed the Mac N Cheese. The Pasta noodles were elbows, not the Rotini they have always had, and it was also dry and not very flavorful, like I remember.. I will never order that again. The woman that brought out my food was very friendly..!Parking: Plenty of parking!Wheelchair accessibility: Great handicap/wheelchair access in front!

Ok, this place is, or was , terrible.The employees were arguing with each other and could not have been slower service.I ordered turkey, dry and was the end cuts, terrible.My grandson ordered the grilled chicken nuggets and didn’t eat one, they were hard and old looking.The restaurant itself was just a completely unprofessionally run place of business.I will never waste my money going there again, and they won’t care, because they don’t care about treating a customer with respect.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !

I accidentally ordered to the wrong location via Google. I called within two minutes to cancel the order. The lady at the restaurant told me they will cancel making my order but that I will need to go through Google for a refund. Google says that I should go through the vender for any issues. Would like to be refunded my $17.76 since my order was not made and I never received it.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly! Even though some menu items are unavailable due to supply chain issues, they kept the classics, and the food is delicious! Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are available for a reasonable price ($5-$6 each).Parking: Handicap and regular parking is available right near the front entrance and all the way around the building.

I have never been to a BM that had such a limited menu. If I were the manager I would have either closed the restaurant or offer free meal coupons for your next visit. We drove over 20 miles to find out about the truck problem. Not a good visit.

Horrible. I've been coming to this BM since Kmart and Fun Factory were around. Chicken barely had any meat on it, potatoes were ice cold, the gravy recipe was changed, it tasted like water, the Mac and cheese tasted like Kraft mac the original flavors that made this place great are gone. Sides options were limited and the cut potatoes were rock hard hardly cooked. That was my last time going back there. I do not recommend.

I called in to place an order for pick up. When asking about the freshness of food I was given attitude. Hadn't eaten at a boston market in years thought they had gone out of business. When trying to order online it gives errors bc most of items aren't available. I ordered Thai chicken dark w/ mash potatoes and corn. I must say it was really good except missing gravy on potatoes.

I ordered online 30 minutes in advance. I arrived on time, waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went in the store. They were out of two items I had ordered and I ended up having to substitute things I did not really want. They did not seem at all concerned about the delay or the missing items. Of the things I ordered today, they were out of chicken noodle soup and corn muffins, but I did not find that out until I had driven 20 minutes to the restaurant. The "crispy chicken" was a lightly breaded processed chicken patty that was not crispy at all. The mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. The spinach in the creamed spinach was so tough that I could not chew it. The service and quality of the food have declined over the last couple of years. I used to love Boston market, but I probably won't go back.
