The food is old and nasty. I got a original chicken sandwich.. The bun was hard, the chicken was cold, the Lettuce was old and soggy and they put a grotesque amount of mayo on it. It went straight in the garbage so no lunch for me and I got to work for 6 more hours on a bag of pretzels.

Sad it is closed, as reported in the newspaper. The owner apparently loved the location and the location was perfect. However, The food wrappers were greasy even. The quality is not what I would expect from a franchisee. I know the labor market is rough. They had some very good employees. However, the store had a few that were not so hot from attitude, personal cleanliness, inappropriate tattoos for building a good reputation. I hope someday either corporate takes it back or another franchisee or the same franchisee but pay attention to details. I feel bad for the staff and job loss.

This store fails on all fronts. They advertise ice cream but don't have any and the rodeo burger I order was just a burger with bbq sauce instead of katsup. Extremely dissatisfied.

I wish I could give less stars. Only car in the drive through and over 15 minutes we waited for our food, not to mention they messed up the order and when we called them about it later, their manager, Mariah who is an extremely sorry excuse for a manager and probably shouldn't have a job let alone a managers position explained how it is OUR fault and proceeded to hang up. Not one employee there has any work ethic, and why should they when their manager is about as worthless as they come. Take the extra 3 minutes and go to the one down the street, they are at least decent over there.

This burger King is a joke. Employees cussing lack of respect and rude even at the speaker. The manager laughs and thinks it's ok to let her Employees run around acting as if they aren't there to earn a paycheck but to cut up. Not to mention this is by far the worst tasting burger King in all of ocala but to be honest it's probably the worst of the east coast. Food never comes out hot the fries and onion rings taste and smell like they are fried in three year old oil and are always soggy never crispy. The burgers taste as if they cooked them yesterday and they are just throwing them in a microwave to warm them up and barley melt the cheese. I am not worried about me because I wont be visiting this disgusting and poorly ran establishment ever again. I worry about the unexpecting future customer.

Always miss something. And the wait is forever. It's not busy at all and we've been here for 20 minutes. There was only 2 people in front of us. The face that they can still get an order wrong after that is insane

I don't know how this location stays in business . Make the drive to the other burger king literally right around the corner.Seldom is my order right whenever I do go here but I can't say the experience is ever good or enjoyable but today really set the barI eat at Burger King normally 3 times a week for breakfast downtown and I always order the same thingTwo breakfast burritos . Today it was like the chefs in the kitchen we're making for a Le cordon bleu magazine.... Except only in proportionIn the regular burrito tortilla there was a thin sheet of egg cut like a rectangle. A .5 inch by 2 inch egg sheet topped with a cold rectangular torn off under a shriveled hard baconIt was terrible and from spoiling it out of the wrapper you could tell it was nothing but a handful of tortilla 10/10 would not recommend this location the only reason we stopped here today is because my daughter saw it driving down the road so she want a Burger King for breakfast
I like the whopper, and their French fries---other entries, not so much. Every Burger King that I have been to, has slow service - - but I would rather have the slow service than eat at McDonald's.

Dining room is open yet bathrooms are not. Claimed due to Covid. Key was at front counter but was refused to us.Statement from July regarding policy - "Burger King restrooms are closed where dining rooms are closed for the safety of BK guests.Cancelled the order and went to a different Burger King with no issues at all.

Went to the one on Pine. The lady had to escort me to the bathroom and unlock it. I guess I can understand because of the location. Ordered a double cheeseburger got a single. Par for the course happens almost every time. Of course they are always nice enough to fix it.
