I came through the drive thru and ordered on 4/3/24 bacon cheese burgers, they came with mustard. When I usually order these they don't have mustard. Ok cool, I went inside so they can fix it, the dude making the sandwiches has a nasty attitude. Questioning why he had to remake the order, when I got back to the car all this dude put was ketchup cheese and bacon. No lettuce , no tomatoes no pickles nothing .. like if you don't wanna work here find another job!! Highly disappointed.

Went there Sunday walked in there no one even acknowledged that I was there at the counter the girl just kept working on her order that she was bagging up didn't even turn around and say I'll be there in a few minutes to help you out or nothing I just stood her like an idiot finally she got done bagging up for orders to go and she came to the cash register there was a manager I think one time they walked up there and I guess you just went back to her office you guys need some more help in that place at least acknowledge when we come in there as customers that someone will be with us shortly instead of just ignoring us like a bunch of idiots

This visit was horrible. We stopped in to treat ourselves to 2 ice creams.And 2 cars in front of us had an order that they should have been parked and the woman in front of us could have gotten her food. I proceeded up to the window. The lady just tried to give me someone's drink and I said " Um,no. We have the I creams. " She didn't even know our order was next in line. She scurried, and she gave me my cone and my son his cup. She gave us some napkins and said, "Have a nice day I pull around the corner. I said, "Did she give you a spoon?"No, she did not." He responded. I pulled to the very next door, and I said, "You go in there and you ask for a spoon. Which he politely did and came out. They didn't even apologize to him. That is rude. A six-year-old has to tell you. Hey, by the way, you forgot my spoon. Can I have one to eat my ice cream since I'm sick, and this is supposed to cheer me up and when you're adults, you should be polite anyway, and they couldn't even say I'm sorry, buddy. Here you go.It wasn't evening 6 PM. I'm sure they're working the evening shift, so if you got a snaughty attitude already, What are you going to be like at nine - ten o'clock at night when it rolls around? Will not be going back to this location!
We had a gift card and was told that if they are busy, we can't use it. Also had original chicken, wasn't fresh, lettuce was wilted.
