The food was ok, but the young lady that took our order must have been having a bad night.Parking: When your order is not ready they always ask you to pull up by the trash can on the curb. Then you are blocking the others trying to exit the drive through. It's a accident waiting to happen. They should have a designated place for customers to park if they need to wait on their orders. This is definitely an issue at the store located on North pine /441.

It has been years since eating at Burger King. Today while traveling we decided to stop at this location as we drove through Ocala FL. My son and daughter in law decided we should dine in.. we ordered 4 jr whoppers a large fry and drinks. Cashier ( she appeared to be management) was super nice and helpful. Our food was prepared quickly correctly and was hot and delicious.

If I could give negative stars, I would!Absolutely HORRIBLE! So called managers screaming at staff. All the staff looked really young too. Who ever "Christie" is should be terminated ASAP. What an awful way to spend a work shift.

This BK on N Pine Ave is the worst ever after different Management. The Staff looks filthy and sloppy clothes, wonder how often they wash Hands. Not very busy , 3 Customer in Line, still one Man been waiting 15 to get his Food, an other Couple with Kids left, tired of waiting to place order. I've ordered Junior Meal with Cheese no Fies but Onion Rings. Food was pushed on Counter with Fries. So I told the one Woman I ask for Onion Rings , she mumbled something used her hands scoup the Fries off and put OR on. The OR been all stock together not crispy and looked like the leftover of an older Bag.The hole place was filthy,Floor Tables not wiped, Trash cans overfill and dirty on top.It used to be nice after the Remodeling but bad Management can ruin a Place.
