This is an older Burger King but the eat in area is clean. The Impossible Burger is the best, loaded with tomatoes, lettuce onions and ? and mouthful of flavors. The staff was friendly and the restrooms were clean.

Place an order through the BK app with special instructions for food. I waited a while for my order. I left the drive thru and was heading home. A few miles away, I started on my 1st burger. It wasn't what I asked for with y instructions of adding onions and extra pickles, to which I did not receive. Was a tad ticked on my order.And the.worse part, there was no one in the building, and I was the o lying car in the drive thru. And still didn't get my order correct. Must've been too busy gabbing away instead of paying attention to what my order said.

Whenever you do do not go there I went inside just to get an ice cream cone The kid was touching my cone without washing his hands he was taking them out of the sleeve the wrong way I asked for a manager who was pregnant to help I was a full inconvenience to her to help me get an ice cream cone it was bad I told her thank you she didn't respond to me I was just an inconvenience and how dare I ask her for help she said the kid that was on the counter to break I guess it was just a really bad situation I never once saw anyone wash their hands
My dad loves BK and this is the only one I'll get food for him. Great people and he says great food.

Cashier refused to listen to my simple order of a meal package. Harassed Me with up selling to change price to higher amount than I ordered. Forced sales never work on me. I almost walked out the door. Only stayed because I was so hungry after g6m work out. I will "never" return to that store again!

This was easily the best Burger King I've eaten at in 10+ years. It's not fine dining, but the food was warm, fresh, and prepared with care. The restaurant is definitely older as other reviews have stated, but it was extremely clean when we visited.

They have the rudest manager ever!!!! Christine! I had received a coupon in the mail. I forgot it at home but had the code. I had to return my food for not having a physical copy. She was so rude and nasty about it very hostile. No where on the coupon did it say MUST PHYSICALLY SHOW COUPON. I went to the bk down the street 7801 on 200 and told them on the speaker I left the physical copy at home, but have the code they said, "no problem what is the code?" They were very nice and accommodated me. I'm never going back to the one by sams.

Naturally, I decided to visit the restaurant today, on May 21st, at 5:13 PM, to address the issue and seek a resolution. Unfortunately, my encounter with the manager was far from satisfactory.Upon explaining the situation to the manager, I expected a certain level of understanding and assistance. However, the manager's response was anything but helpful. They seemed disinterested and dismissive of my concerns, which only exacerbated my frustration. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a more empathetic and proactive approach to resolving the issue.To my surprise, the manager even had the audacity to request that I bring the burnt burger to the restaurant as proof of its condition. I found this demand quite absurd, as it not only inconvenienced me further but also seemed unnecessary given the nature of the complaint. Surely, there are alternative ways to handle such incidents that do not involve the customer going through additional trouble. For 10 minutes she arguing with me over a $9 Burger just insane.As a customer, I believe it is essential for a fast-food establishment like Burger King to handle customer complaints promptly and professionally. When mistakes happen, it is the responsibility of the staff and management to rectify the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience on May 20th and my subsequent encounter with the manager on May 21st fell far short of these expectations.Overall, my visit to Burger King on Sunday, May 21st, at 5:13 PM, regarding the burnt order from the day before was extremely disappointing.
