Went for a school night fundraiser. Was not impressed. 3 people working with 950 students school. SUPER slow. The burger was ok. The chicken patty was over fried and burnt. The door was open so the bugs were flying in. It was dirty. Had to go back multiple times to ask for ketchup packets. Think we went through about 20. Should have a mass dispenser of ketchup. Is it sad that when you walk into a place that you know how terrible the service is going to be. Really disappointed because we wanted to like it. If you have about 2 hours of extra time and like to wait on sub pair food go to this location.

It was my second time at BurgerIm. The first time, the sweet potato fries and the turkey burger were great. In which me and mom share. But this time I don't know they give me the wrong burger instead giving me a grilled turkey burger they gave me grilled chicken burger. And the sweet potato fries/onion rings were soft and had odd burn taste. Also, my burgers all wet. I told my family yesterday about this place that it better then any burger places and it serve sweet potato fries. Now make big mistakes by telling them about this place. Who every came up with this place need to check up on there restaurants. It was waste of money.

Burgers and fries are great but I don't like the freestyle soda machine it makes all the drinks taste funny.

This was my first time going to this place. It is not an easy place to find. Now the food was delicious. That was the best hamburger that I've had in a long time. The cook cooked it to where it was not pink inside but it was also not overly well done. I was a little surprised about the fries, and that it wasn't shoestring fries it was more like potato chip type like fries. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I will be going back many times.

Restaurant is clean with a modern design. I've eaten here 3 times, the food is okay. It's your run of the mill burger, not bad, not extraordinary. It fits the bill for a lunch in a good environment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and deliver the food to your table with a smile. I like the way they do their fries, disc shapes, little difficult to dip with the ketchup cups, but they're always crispy. I would agree that the burger needs a little more flavor. It's probably about the same price you would pay at Five Guys for a single patty and some fries. I like that I can eat in the restaurant without leaving smelling like I just ate at a burger place. Will probably eat here again in the future.

Food was good. Service was excellent! Our host was kind and informative. Also, he really seemed to be passionate about the restaurant and stressed that if there's ever any issue to please let him know and they will do their best to address it and fulfill their customers needs.

So I ordered a Crispy Chicken combo, and it wasn't even crispy. It was RAW. Our server is Julia b and I addressed the issue to the server and she asked me if I wanted another order I said no. Before this, she even placed the wrong order because at that time they had a promo. She didn't reduce the promo price. She made a mistake and she said she will give us a strawberry ice cream instead to fix the problem. However, the promised ice cream was never given AND when the crispy chicken came out, it was RAW. She didn't apologize, or tried to fix the issue, she just said alright and didn't ask us if we wanted a refund, another kind of burger, or just tried to solve the problem in general. Overall we asked for a refund and she gave us a solid $7 for the burger and didn't give us the tax that we paid as well. Overall bad customer service.

Food was great! I had the lamb my wife had the Grilled Chicken ( I know it's a burger spot ,but that grilled chicken was fantastic) my daughter liked the burger and my son who is the pickiest eater loved the chicken strips.
Now offering big burgers instead of just sliders they have taken it to the next level. These burgers are fantastic!

Not worth it. When I ordered a $14 ($10 regular and $4 for an extra patty) chicken burger I figured itll be a decent size but when it came out it was no bigger than my fist. I figured if I'm not paying for size then I'm paying for taste which always fine with me. I was wrong. The chicken was dry and bland. The only thing juicy in the burger was the bun from being soaked from whatever they put in the burger, to the point where the bottom bun crumbled. This was my first time being there and definately me last.

If you havent checked out Burgerim Ocala you're definitely missing out! The atmosphere is super clean, the food is hot and tastes amazing! Also the staff is phenomenal and very friendly and helpful! Definitely will be coming back!

Burgers are a good size. Leaves me feeling satisfied and not too overstuffed. Staff are all sweet and pretty knowledgable about the menu. The reason I gave 3 stars is because while the restaurant is clean, I was particularly grossed out with the hand hygiene and glove use. I watched the owner take someone's order with his gloved hands, itch his nose while doing so, then verbally stated he would go back and begin that customer's order, and thats exactly what he did... with those same gloved hands (you can see the kitchen from the sitting area). This is how illness spreads and the food industry needs to be most conscious about it.
