They have no control over who gets first. No lines at all you get there and you end up arguing with the person that jumps in front of you. They need to place some sort of lines like TSA at the airport.

Stopped by Tom’s for the first time and bought the pork sandwich and it was amazing . Definitely 5 star . Will be back 😎

I placed an order for pick up a day ahead and everything was perfectly prepared and ready on time. I brought it home almost 700 miles from vacation with me so my family could also experience the Best Cuban Food. It was enjoyed by all.

Es la primera vez que fui ayer y pedi dos sandwich de croqueta y uno de jamon y queso. Me hizo los dos sandwich de croqueta y me hizo dos de jamon solo le pedi solo uno hicieron dos pero sin queso 😡. Mi error fue no verificar la orden antes de irme pero contra le pedi el sandwich con queso y el queso brillaba por su ausencia.

The service was so rude and cheap they poured all juice a little meat.a customer came in and asked for a side and. they said full price.NEVER AGAIN!!!! Cashier needs to be fired or put in back. NO customer service skills.

Wow! This place was amazing. Almost didn’t stop since u thought it was in the gas station. I’m so glad I went inside. The food was delicious and the cafe con leche was great, too. Thank you, we’ll be back for sure!

Been going to this place for quite sometime. It was one of my favorite sandwich shops until now. Three days ago I ordered a Cuban sandwich. Right after eating it my stomach starting hurting. Took over the counter medicine but nothing worked. The next day I was really hurting! I went to an Urgent care and the doctor did an x-ray of my abdomen. He found an enflamed bowel and instructed me to go to Lakeview imaging for a more detailed image, which I did. His original findings was confirmed. The doctor called me within hours and told me that I had food poisoning! He put me on two antibiotics to help with the food poisoning. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn people. It has been a very painful nightmare.
