Cafeteria cubana camino a Miami

I was there last week the breakfast sandwich is good the only problem is the time the ropa vieja is good

Its been about 5 months since my visit. The chicken sandwich meat has been change to marinated pcs. The flavor has been changed. I drive 40 minutes to have the original sandwich. The food from the buffet was missing its flavor as well. What happened to the original cook???

Fantastic authentic Cuban meals , starting with breakfast, every time I stop here it’s spot on. The pastries and Cuban coffee are the best.

They have no control over who gets first. No lines at all you get there and you end up arguing with the person that jumps in front of you. They need to place some sort of lines like TSA at the airport.

Stopped by Tom’s for the first time and bought the pork sandwich and it was amazing . Definitely 5 star . Will be back 😎

I placed an order for pick up a day ahead and everything was perfectly prepared and ready on time. I brought it home almost 700 miles from vacation with me so my family could also experience the Best Cuban Food. It was enjoyed by all.

The worst Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. Barely ate 1/2 of it and threw the rest away. Horrible.

The food at this place is very good and the girls who serve you are very friendly but the system they have to serve the customer is very bad, they tell you a number and they don't even give you a receipt or something that keeps track of the orders. It took me 25 minutes for a sandwich and a coffee. I went to tell the girl at the cashier and it turns out that my order had been ready for a while but they hadn't seen it! So I ended up with an iced coffee and a cold sandwich! I understand that your business is good and that you are very busy but you should improve your customer service.

Truckers, don't stop here, next to the PILOT there is a Boricua food truck a thousand times better.

Es la primera vez que fui ayer y pedi dos sandwich de croqueta y uno de jamon y queso. Me hizo los dos sandwich de croqueta y me hizo dos de jamon solo le pedi solo uno hicieron dos pero sin queso 😡. Mi error fue no verificar la orden antes de irme pero contra le pedi el sandwich con queso y el queso brillaba por su ausencia.

The service was so rude and cheap they poured all juice a little meat.a customer came in and asked for a side and. they said full price.NEVER AGAIN!!!! Cashier needs to be fired or put in back. NO customer service skills.
