I went to Cantina for Taco Tuesday with a group of about 15 people, and overall this experience was disappointing.
We had a reservation, but when we arrived we were left standing at the bar waiting for our table to be ready. Once seated, service was extremely slow. We waited nearly an hour before our food arrived. Our group was seated upstairs, and there was only one server covering the entire section, which caused obvious delays. Our waitress was polite and clearly working hard, but management did not staff the area properly for a party this size.
Before the food even arrived, we constantly had to ask for more chips and salsa because what was brought to the table wasn’t enough for a group our size. Things that should have been automatic for a large party had to be repeatedly requested.
I also tried to order a shrimp taco à la carte and was told tacos could not be ordered individually, only as full meals, which feels more like forced upselling than good service.
The food itself didn’t come close to making up for the wait. Even the rice and beans were disappointing.
Between the poor staffing, long delays, lack of pricing transparency, limited ordering options, and overpriced kids’ meals, this place has serious room for improvement.

KJ was amazing. Super friendly to greet and make you feel loved. Her cocktails (Cadillac Margarita) are amazing. Great happy hour experience. Highly recommend going and seeing her. Cheers.
Food is amazing, had the AUCE tacos they do on Tuesdays choose from beef, pork, or chicken they were all very delicious worth the $20. The bartender KJ was very attentive and kept up with reorders and drinks. Very friendly and inviting. Meg was a big help with questions when KJ was busy. Would highly recommend.

Even on a busy Tuesday night, the drinks she made were amazing—delicious, well-balanced, and were to notch tastyy!! KJ’s exceptional service and upbeat energy truly elevated my meal and my visit!! The pricing was another issue — especially for the kids’ meals. We were told we could order from the kids’ menu, but there was no kids’ menu available to view the prices. We didn’t find out until the bill arrived that three kids’ tacos were $13.52. Since my son eats six tacos, ordering two kids’ meals came out to over $27 just for tacos, which makes no sense. My own entrée was only $17.68.
