Dinner tonight was fabulous. They didn’t have mozzarella sticks so that was a little disappointing but the quality of everything they did have made up for it. From the bread all the way to the pasta, everything was fresh and tasty and so filling! We had to take half of all of our meals home. This location really is top notch.

On this visit which is not the norm... the food was a little slow. But the server made up for it being considerate and kind. Great serving staff!
We had such a great dinner as a family at this location. The best part of it all besides the food was our waitress Norma. She's great! She was so attentive during our dining experience. I really recommend this location and Norma as a waitress!

I have been a longtime fan of Carrabas - love their grilled menu and the 10 dollar take home option. I have even been to this specific location once previously. But my most recent visit left me wondering if I will ever go back to again.
I think the name of the waiter was Michael. At first he came across as a nice guy. But when we were checking out, he basically handed me the card machine and told me to tap the “yes” button if I agreed with the 20% tip. I think this was probably the first time ever in a restaurant that I have seen a waiter being so in my face for tips. Through all these years at Carrabas, the tipping has always been writing it down on the merchant copy of the receipt or whatever thing. Maybe this was a recent change? Don’t get me wrong - I often times tip more than 20% at Carrabas just because I think I have pretty much always had a good experience. But it felt like the waiter thought he didn’t need to earn it. I was also handed the card machine when I was still finishing up my spaghetti, which felt extremely weird. I wasn’t even asked if I needed any dessert or anything else. Also, when Michael came to drop off the 10 dollar take home, which was after I paid for the dinner, he didn’t say anything and just put it on my table and left. The whole experience felt surreal to me.

Food was great. The service could improve. It seems to me that waiters were overwhelmed with too many tables to attend. I was surprised that we were not provided with plates for our opening dish or bread. We requested plates and the unacceptable answer was that they didn't have plates for the bread or opening dish. They probably were out of small plates but should provide any plates instead of nothing. We paid over $100 for a dinner for two to start dinner with a bunch of food on the table surface.

We are long term Carrabba’s guests for over 30 years. Our favorite location is Ocala, Fl. Trinity is an excellent server and bartender. Lynn came out to welcome us. Great location!! ,
