I've held a very strong opinion about the best carnitas I have ever had for over a decade. The carnitas at Casita Luna broke that record! Thankfully we will be traveling through Ocala somewhat regularly so we'll have a reason to make a stop specifically to Casita Luna. Very friendly staff, HIGHLY recommended!
