Now that I’ve been here more than a dozen times, my only complaint would be that the chicken almost always has little bones in it. Somehow when chopping it up, they are not too careful. As a result, I have almost broken a tooth various times when eating the chicken. While eating and enjoying my food, all of the sudden…CRUNCH, I bit a bone, and have to spit out my food. Not a good experience. I feel like I’m playing Russian Roulette with my teeth. For this reason, I have not been visiting as often.
Everything else is great. No complaints. The food tastes great. Just be more careful when chopping up the chicken.
It’s the Mediterranean Chipotle. You pick your carb, veg, protein, and toppings. It was pretty good. It was my first time there. It wasn’t what I expected, but it was good overall.
I thought they’d have Kebab, Beef Kafta and stuff like that, but I wasn’t disappointed. The bowl I made was very tasty. I’ll be back.
I came back again. Same experience. All positive vibes.

I love me some Cava! And now they have Shawarma! There's just no place that has bowls with such a perfect blend of savory, earthy, tangy, sweet in perfect balance and harmony. If i lived close enough to eat at a Cava every day, we would! The staff here was friendly and engaging and it was a great experience.

The food is very tasty and feels nutritious. The establishment is kept very clean and you can see where the food is cooked fresh. The employees are all very friendly, especially Caydence the cashier who refuses to accept tips.

The best thing about my experience at this location was the customer service from the employee Amber. She was so pleasant and helpful and very patient. She took time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I ended up settling for a build your own pita. Such a genuine and kind young woman. Cava did a good job vetting through a majority of their employees. I come to this location often and have had some not so great experiences but she made it def worth coming back that I had to give 5 stars.

Food was excellent. Good & fresh. They were out of feta cheese when i ordered which was sad but everything else was good! Love that they have a digital drive thru. My only complaint would be that I had to wait a while in the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me & was probably in line for abt 10-15 min before I got my food.
Food tasted great, but order was missing items, and had stuff mixed up between the two bowls I ordered.
Ordered online to pickup in store and they gave zero confirmation that the order was ready for pickup. It was sitting at the drive through window, after I opted for in store pickup. Order was missing the pita bread and when I ask politely for the pita bread that was missing, the employee behind the counter gave me a dirty look for no reason.
Good food, but wait until they get new staff.

This cava is phenomenal! The team is very friendly, food is fresh and the place is always clean. I customized a bowl for lunch and Amber had fantastic dressing suggestions! She paired the skhug and garlic dressings; they have an amazing flavor profile paired together. This is definitely one of the best lunch spots in Ocala!
