Now that I’ve been here more than a dozen times, my only complaint would be that the chicken almost always has little bones in it. Somehow when chopping it up, they are not too careful. There's just no place that has bowls with such a perfect blend of savory, earthy, tangy, sweet in perfect balance and harmony. If i lived close enough to eat at a Cava every day, we would!

The food is very tasty and feels nutritious. The establishment is kept very clean and you can see where the food is cooked fresh. The employees are all very friendly, especially Caydence the cashier who refuses to accept tips.
