Ask 3 times I wanted a meal but only got rung up for a sandwich the sandwich itself was nasty dripping in sauce the guy who took my order all he cared bout was watching the football game on

I ordered two subs an order of wings and a kids meal with two big sides of ranch. I didn’t get sauce on my subs or any sauce with my wings because my ranch was my sauce. There was no ranch. I paid extra for ranch and it wan not included. The masterpiece of the show. Was extremely upset and barely ate my meal. There were barely any fries either…….?

One star based solely on experience. Manager does not care the slightest. I had to go buy my own ketchup because “they were out”. LOCATION IS INSIDE A WALMART. Also no napkins and the carbonation was out. All these things were ignored while I ate there. I rarely leave negative reviews, but $15 for dinner I expect a place to care at least a little.

The food was so good… fresh and hot and made to order!!! The location is perfect!!! The only thing I wish they had maybe one more table to seat at!! Now let me tell you the service is the best and the manager is irreplaceable she is amazing!!! She delivers customer service with a whole nother level!! She is so warm and friendly she makes you want to sit stay and eat!! That’s why the need of another table for seating!! I will be back!!!

$3 ++ for French fries in a box that was 1/4 full. Actually 21 fries. Absurd….. will never eat there again.

Staff was very friendly , and welcoming ! Went over and beyond for my needs! Food was amazing ! Definitely recommend if you want a nice Philly cheesesteak ! Mary was absolutely amazing ! Best service and welcoming I think I’ve ever had before! Thank you Mary for your hard work dedication and making Charlie’s an enjoyable place to come in and enjoy lunch at !

After I ate here I’ve been sick ever since, it’s been three days now, I don’t know what was in the food .I rarely eat out, the samples they were offering out front was the bait, the sauce was really good on the steak samples, however, I do regret it.All in a nutshell,I’ve been to the emergency room, I’m still having problems. Going for further Tests.The samples presentation looked delicious, and convincing which was the bait. I should’ve continue to go to my car but instead I went over.I do not recommend this place. Will never visit ANY Charley’s AGAIN!

made us wait 20-30 minutes for our food. people who ordered after us got there’s first before us. the workers were just laughing and having fun. we got our food and i didn’t get any lettuce on sandwich! i got bacon and i never ordered bacon. i didn’t get my cheese fries. no ranch. i called them 15 times and no answer. work on your customer service and answer your phone. you look pathetic.

I ordered 1 Combo Meal{1 Large Philly Cheese Steak,1 Original Fries,and 1 Regular Soft Drink Coke,but I got a Barq's Root Beer!}I got a lot of yummy delicious Meal!Um YUMMY!{I recommend buying from here!The people are nice the food is delicious,and it's in Walmart!}

So it's time for ANOTHER honest review by yours truly... The food has good flavor and when prepared correctly nice appearance.As far as the people working there, it explains a 2.7 Google review. While waiting for my sandwiches I watched a young man leave the line to get a young blonde girls number under the guise of tattoo artist being cheap. This happened while the grill cook is on the phone the entire time. Lastly the older lady couldn't top the two small sandwiches at all. I had to return to the store for them to take food back across the counter to correct it instead of making it fresh. Today philly chicken please. "Would you like lettuce, tomato and pickles as well as the peppers onions and mushrooms?"Open it up, again no toppings. Simply lazy. You got the wrong team with the right food. Sad.
