The person handing out samples was AMAZING! Such a kind person. The staff making the food though, HORRIBLE!!! They legit made the food order for the two people who paid AFTER us. I watched them laugh and joke around and decide to want to make our one combo item mind you, after the people after us was taken care of. Like??? I’m sorry??? Such a horrible experience.

A sub shop in Ocala’s Paddock Mall was temporarily closed last week after a state health inspector cited the establishment for dozens of roaches.

Charleys Grill Subs was temporarily closed on Thursday, October 2, after failing a health inspection conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

745pm I got try order amd lady says we are closed. 3 more people go up and get told closed also. IF YOUR GONNA STOP TAKING ORDERS BEFORE YOUR CLOSE TIME OF 8PM THEN CHANGE IT SO U DONT HAVE PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS.

22.79$ for large Philly cheese steak with extra meat. It looks super small compared to other places. The employees are very unfriendly, I won't shop here again.

Got a tiny bit of steak and no mushrooms, green peppers not sautéed on a $10.99 Sandwich. When I complained to the cashier she had a nasty attitude and tried to explain why the Sandwich barely had meat.A big rip off! SMDH! Will never eat there again.....😒

The price for the quality of the food is not worth it. I got the ultimate loaded fries and they fries felt like they weren’t cooked all the way and the sizing is small. I also got a strawberry lemonade and they filled the cup all the way to the top with ice. The Philly cheese steak sandwiches are also small. Not sure if it’s the same everywhere else but I wouldn’t recommend coming here
