Charleys Cheesesteaks

The price for the quality of the food is not worth it. I got the ultimate loaded fries and they fries felt like they weren’t cooked all the way and the sizing is small. I also got a strawberry lemonade and they filled the cup all the way to the top with ice. The Philly cheese steak sandwiches are also small. Not sure if it’s the same everywhere else but I wouldn’t recommend coming here

Good is good, boneless chicken wings are tough. The large fries and regular sized fries are the same exact size.

The prices are fair. The food is great, and made quick. Like most places nowadays, the app has amazing deals and makes ordering much easier. The staff is friendly but there is confusion sometimes on what the specials are, and if you can add them to certain meals. Regardless of that this is one of my go tos in the mall.

Great food and tastes just like home !!! Diego has exceptional customer service skills and ensures that the food never disappoints !!! He always makes sure that the experience is a great one and I will stop by every time I go to the mall for now on !!! The Asst Manager Taylor must be a great leader as the entire team is always smiling and very pleasant !!! This definitely is a vibe !!!

Half the meat as usual. No onions barely any mayo. Ordered w extra mayo. It was close to closing so Taylor said she would make me some onions. But that's the amount of meat that's normal . I order from here weekly. This is half the normal meat it was all bread. Disappointing!! They were more interested in closing then making it right. Not an apology, just blaming the customer. No personality , no smile. Nothing !!!!

Ordered just a plain cheesesteak last night through Uber eats with just meat and cheese. When I got it, it had barely any cheese on it and onions. For a “large” cheesesteak and made mediocre, it’s not worth $11.

In food court. Food was okay. Really don't know how to cook cheese steaks. Onions were not done. Still crunchy. They use what is like steakums. They weren't chopped up and combined with the onions. The steak was still in layers stuck together.
