Honestly, every time I come here it’s a horrible experience. The staff is horrible horrible service last time. I placed an order online and I was asked at the window why I couldn’t order in the drive-through like a normal person. Very disrespectful

The food was not what my fiance and I ordered,and then when we tried to call them to explain the issue nobody would answer. We both called multiple times,and each time we got the same thing no answer. My fiance and I went up to the same checkers in person I spoke with the manager Keen and Chris one of the cooks,we explained the issue to them and they fixed our order for us. When I first did this review,I gave it one star,but after talking with the two individuals that I named in this my fiance and I are giving them a five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review. They were very understanding and are trying to get this location back to the way it used to be,my fiance and I really appreciate that do to the fact we've been going there sense we were kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that goes around an outside patio that has a beautiful oak tree in the middle.

It is a fast food restaurant. Food is good but not great. They slip the hamburgers together. Alot of the employees have an attitude like (what do you want). Prices are ok. They have the best sweet tea in town. The food tastes good. They have cheese sticks but no marinara to go with them and mustard and ketchup would not taste good with them. They had fried mushrooms for awhile and I love those but they took them off. They usually don't have any salt for the fries and they are stingy with their napkins. They could use better employees that don't have the attitude of what do you want??!! Even the mgmt. Their owners should show up and check them out. I made a few complaints a few times but nothing was ever done about them. Even their corporate employees have a bad attitude. I am always fair about my opinions so, I am not picking on them. The whole business could use some work. BUT THEY HAVE GREAT SWEET TEA.

Other than that.. i love checkers! All the employees are very nice and always willing to go beyond, no matter if it's late at night!!
