They don’t let me pick up uber/door dash order inside store anymore.and it’s not works.the drive through and online order line get longer and longer,it’s so annoying and customer saying they missing something all the time,but chick fill A don’t let me check inside the bags,I would say don’t take order from them,you will just lose your time.

Went through the drive thru and they weren't busy but we waited 15+ for our food. And when the food came out the chicken sandwiches were old. They tasted like they were double fried and sat under the heat lamp. Very disappointed.

Avoid this location! I don't like writing negative reviews, but here there was no choice. Never had a bad experience like this at either a fast food or regular restaurant. There was confusion on our drive thru order (1 ea Classic and Grilled) on which they didn't have a name for the order, plus it came out ice cold as did the fries. We went back into the drive through (dining room was closed) and returned the order which the attendant said they'd remake. The Original was remade and hot, but Grilled was still cold, but was missing the fries which were in the bag together with the cold returned sandwiches. To make matters worse, the manager (Lacey) who's supposed to mitigate an unsatisfactory guest experience (especially at Chik Fil A which is known for good hospitality), accused us of not having returned the fries which was not the case. She asked to see the bag on the floor of my car (which had donuts from our road) still accusing me that we ate the fries and there were no fries in the bag. This was very unprofessional, immature, and I'm sure wouldn't meet corporate hospitality standards of Chik Fil A. We returned the first order complete with the cold fries. Even if I was a French Fry Thief lol, the food cost of fries to a restaurant is minimal, and ill will from a client is to be avoided at all costs. As a Wedding and Event DJ based in Miami and South Florida including the Florida Keys, I've been in the hospitality industry for many years, and you must always practice good customer service skills. Lacey apparently needs some improvement from a superior in this area. She added that I should call the corporate phone number and push option 3. Not a good way to handle this. Hope she'll improve and never repeat this with another guest. Maybe a factor is that we visited 40 minutes before closing time, but still. She was kind of polite, but not helpful in satisfactorily resolving this very subpar guest experience. Bailey who took our first order was a sweetie.

Always the best in fast food and service. We go there often. Other restaurants should require their staffs to get Chic fil a training. Nothing compares to it. I would go there for the service even if the food wasn't good. The attitude of the servers is just outstanding.
Went in on a black Friday morning, not expecting much, but I was impressed with the hospitality of the staff. The kept everything moving, in order, and made sure the customers were cared for. On a busy morning like black Fridays, this team was wonderful

Chick fil A is the bomb! Service is quick and 98% accurate! Staff is kind and friendly.
Our very large school group visited this location after a long, hot day at a theme park and unfortunately there were quite a few accidental spills and while we tried to clean up the best we could, it was obvious we’d been there. The staff was so accommodating and gracious. Our food was correct, delicious and fast. Thank you so much to the team at this Ocala location for being so kind!

Had been driving all night, so we were super sleep deprived. But the man that took our order was so nice and funny. Really brightened our day. I believe his name was Mark. Food got to us in a timely manner and the restaurant it’s self was well kept. Overall great experience, glad we chose this location.

Not sure what is going on with the service and customer service at chick fil A. In particular to this store. Since they “improve “ the structure of the building the service is getting bad slow and they mixed up their order. How about I got my order and clearly ask for a brownie is my desert so I so the package and didn’t think will be nothing else but my brownie at the time to eat it find out is a cookie. I wasn’t at the store so I have to go get my brownie. Can you believe they took the cookie !!! No consideration I had to drive to go get the right item back in the old days they would’ve let me keep the cookie as well. I think I will get my points and stop going there.

This was the worst service I have ever had at a Chic Fil A Their system is horrible. I waited and waited and waited. I went to order and was told have a seat. 5 minutes later no one had come to take order. I went to front they said if I ordered at counter I had to take it to go. Then I waited 10 mins for 1 sandwich fries and soda. Food was cold
