During my time working here, I experienced a challenging work environment with inconsistent management, favoritism, and a lack of accountability that often made shifts stressful. Many procedures felt contradictory, and staff were sometimes punished for following instructions or asking for help. While some coworkers and managers were supportive, the overall culture made it difficult to succeed and maintain morale. I hope future employees have a better experience as changes are made to improve fairness and communication.
I would discourage to support this location or the east CFA location as both mistreat employees.

came here after i was done with halloween. the food was fine but as i went up to get a refill of my lemonade last night i could not help but feel bad for the employees. there was a short hispanic stubby girl wearing a cow costume who i can only assume was a manager who was yelling at the girls giving out drive thru orders. i mean yelling. not some kind of criticism. jeez. i have worked fast food so.. i understand being stressed in a rush but what kind of management yells at teenage girls like it is the military……. clearly this management is very condescending, rude, and exploitative to there staffs.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Every visit feels welcoming from the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and genuinely kind — it’s clear they take pride in great customer service.
The food is always fresh and hot, no matter how busy they are. The chicken sandwiches are perfectly crispy, the waffle fries are addicting, and you can’t go wrong with the sauces (Chick-fil-A sauce is elite!). I also love that the restaurant is always clean and well-organized — even during the rush, everything runs smoothly.
It’s refreshing to visit a place where quality and customer care never slip. Chick-fil-A sets the standard for what fast food should be — fast, friendly, and fantastic every time.

Drew, Tim, and some brown haired girl with a nose ring were EXTREMELY disrespectful, they messed up my order and stated that i did not pay when i did in fact pay and tried to get me to pay again and REFUSED to give me my food. not to mention i showed them proof through my apple pay of the charge i already paid for my order. after refusing over and over again to give me my food after i showed proof of me paying and asking me to pay again, i got frustrated and they told me to leave the drive thru immediately and guess who didn’t get their food. ME!!! 😡😡😡😡😡 Screw this. I drove an hour for this.
Stopped in for Lunch and ate in the dining room. What a great experience. Got the pleasure of meeting Roman. He was such an attentive, polite and respectful young man. Huge asset to Chick Fil A.
