So the food was really good. But the service was poor. Had the food not been so good they would not be getting 4 stars. They took long to come and wait us and after ordering out food and it arriving they never paid attention to us again. Did not ask if we wanted our drinks refilled or desserts.

Even though the restaurant was quite packed, the service was quick and attentive, especially for a group of 10+. We were served by an older gentleman with a mohawk. I would say the only thing needing attention is the restrooms as the garbage was full.

Had a great meal with my family on Veterans Day. I really appreciate Chili’s for going out of their way to honor those who have served. Offering a special meal and extending that level of gratitude means a lot, not just to veterans but to their families as well. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food came out hot and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m thankful for the way Chili’s recognizes and supports our veterans. We’ll definitely be back!

I used to love Chili's for their steaks and their BOGO drinks. But apparently they did away with the BOGO drinks in April. Please bring them back!
Our dining experience on Thursday night was underwhelming, especially considering the nearly two-hour wait time from 7:00 PM until we left close to 9:00 PM for four adults.
The only bright spot was the Triple Dipper, which was good. However, the rest of the meal was disappointing. The Fajitas did not come out sizzling, and none of the meats were grilled to the quality I typically expect from Chili's. Furthermore, the steak was overcooked.
Overall, the quality of the food and the prolonged wait time made the entire visit completely underwhelming. I've usually enjoyed Chili's in the past, but this particular experience has unfortunately changed my opinion of the establishment.
I would not recommend or revisit this location.

Our server, Tara, was utterly amazing! She was extremely attentive, kind, sweet and friendly. Just like hanging out with family. I will definitely come back to visit her, and recommend this location to anyone and everyone. The BEST Chili’s experience!

I’ve been waiting a while since my last experience to write this review, seeing as how this location promised to make it right. I placed a takeout order on October 19th. When I arrived they said the pasta sauce was frozen and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes (which was not a problem for me). However, those 15 minutes turned into 30, then 45, and I was still there waiting on my food. Mind you, I also had ordered more food for my wife and kids that was just sitting cold. All the employees were just standing around talking and laughing (I could see them through a side mirror that leads to the kitchen). All they offered me for the inconvenience was a drink. I finally got all my food after almost an hour of waiting and left. When I got home, we realized that my wife’s order of the triple dipper was completely wrong, and all the food was cold, including the pasta that I waited an hour for (I live 10 min away). We called to try to get a refund for just the triple dipper, and the lady we spoke to (can’t remember her name) said she was just an interim manager for the night from another store but promised to escalate the issue so we can receive a partial refund (should’ve been a complete refund). Fast forward almost a month later, no refund. This location is no good for takeout orders, I’ve ate here before dining in and it was much better, but I will never order takeout from this location again.
